The staff was very communicative and supportive all the time. Especially Saon, he is a very polite guy that will be there all the time to support you.
Just be prepared with cash to pay the city taxes. I never read in the reservation that we have to pay it in cash.

Amazing price for the location, just a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum and very close to the metro and the train station. There’s also many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The staff was very helpful and guided us through the check in process very swiftly and kindly, and always greeted us with a smile!

Private bathroom, strategic location, super clean and friendly staff who let us check in early. Room was spacious and very worth the price

It was super close to anything and able to walk everywhere!
The walls are SO thin and the people next to us were so loud. We also waited an hour to get checked in.
