We liked location near Subway- but it was kinda NYC rough looking area to walk thru. The host was very accommodating to respond to our questions of check-in and date change with early arrival request! Kudos to him, and the room was very clean, appropriate for a single night stay with walking or subway connection to see sights! very convenient to take train to port for cruise!
Our only issue was door to the sleep units, it was very hard to open, and had 3keys to figure out… (keyhole was off it’s spacing) … took long time to get in, and couldn’t get luggage into small elevator, had to do stairs for large items… but that’s all!
