Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Ten Miles Hotel in Rome. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and we were generally happy with our experience.
However, there are a couple of things I would recommend the hotel address. The main entrance can be quite noisy, with guests experiencing difficulties getting in and out. This is particularly disturbing during the night, as the noise can wake guests up.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment for us was discovering that someone had entered our room while we were out. This was something we were not comfortable with, especially as there was no information on Booking.com advising us that rooms might be accessed by staff during our stay.
Overall, a good stay in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but I believe improvements to entrance access, noise levels and guest privacy would make the experience much better.

La ubicación era buena. El acceso fue fácil.
Facilitaron plancha a la brevedad. Y toallas limpias.
