We enjoyed our stay at the Lodges! Thank you for being so attentive when there was an issue. You guys were so quick with a fix. Check in was very easy. Minor issues (can opener & wished there were more mugs for the winter). We will definitely be back. Such a big space for us to spread out.

It was a grueling process to find a place that I could check off most of all my lodging "filters". Lodge 1129 quickly became a very welcoming and comfortable home for six nights. The community is well maintained, groomed and quiet. We wanted a place that wasn't in a touristy area or near retail stores. This community is nestled in the meadows off the perimeters of a golf course and the base of a mountain. It is a short drive to the town where we tried Gojira Ramen, Giovanni's Pizza and shopped at Vons. We found during our 8-mile town loop E Bike ride; the path is a short walk from the lodge. The home was clean and stocked with amenities to cook a full meal, coffee machine choices of a Keurig or Mr. Coffee, comfortable leather sectional, beds and seating to accommodate a large family. Other than a few minor items I would suggest, anyone staying here would not find any inadequacies of standard amenities. Even the unexpected amenities were a pleasant surprise, extra throw blankets next to the sofa, board games, snow sleds, hair dryers, vacuum cleaner and mop. It was so helpful to have a full capacity washer and dryer. I was able to pack light because of this and not having to return home with a pile of dirty laundry was a major bonus! Now specifically for pet owners. This was the most challenging aspect of finding a vacation property. The game changer was it is single story with direct access to outside and the garage. No long corridors, elevators and stairs to navigate. I don't think I would have found anything closer to being a perfect fit for my husband, pet and I for our first trip to Mammoth Lakes. Ready 4 Rentals was a pleasure to work with. I called and all my questions were answered and upon securing my reservations, I was given all the information I needed to access the property and procedures to follow when checking out. Everything ran smoothly which made for a wonderful experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or Ready 4 Rentals.

Location is wonderful. We enjoyed the feel of the neighborhood and the walkability. Two things that need to be addressed is the lock on door from living room to porch. It was broken and we could not access porch except from main bedroom door. Also, upper rack in dishwasher needs to be worked on. Would have loved to address that privately but could not reach anyone to tell them. Other than that, the property was very nice and we had a great time.

Nice place to stay. When we arrived the check in was easy. The space felt large because it was all one story. It’s hard to tell from the pictures and this was our first time staying in these condos at snow creek but they are kind of stacked on each other. We had neighbors upstairs and you could definitely hear them.
There were a few fixtures that need to be screwed back down (shower in master, faucet in the master). The ice maker very slowly made ice so maybe bring some extra if you need ice. The fan did not work in the guest room. A few burnt out lightbulbs as well. All in all not enough to deter us from coming back but things to be aware of for management.
The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice. We used the jacuzzi one evening after skiing and it was nice also.

This property was really spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out and host dinner. It's also the first stop on the bus line. Mammoth was a terrific mountain - we will definitely come back!

With the property located on the ground floor, and attached tall ceiling garage, it allowed us to park our vehicle inside the garage even though we have our cargo carrier on top of our vehicle. Also it made getting our personal belongs and food items out into the unit with breeze. The unit has everything we need and is super clean. It is very spacious and made us feel like home. The open backyard area was great for our kids and our dogs to play in the snow.

This is a great location and property, however we had a few issues and attempted to contact the property manager and did not get a return call. The issues were: there is no closet available in the master bedroom, so you could not hang anything and there were no wash cloths (there was one in the second bath only). For the nightly rate, we expected a better!

The interior layout was great - very spacious, comfortable and clean. And having a single story was great for one of our guests who has trouble climbing stairs. We enjoyed our stay.
A few suggestions for the first bedroom: the portable fan is broken and should be replaced as it'll be needed during the summer. And the carpet needs a deep cleaning along with the wall behind the beds. The toilet might need to be replaced soon - it's clean but it's has scratches all over. Overall the bedroom is fine but it seems to have been well used by kids possibly pets. ;)

This is a very comfortable property in a lovely community / setting. Super convenient to all sights and attractions, accessible by bike and trolley. The only feedback I would give considering the price point is that it's inconvenient not to have access to a closet in the master bedroom.

My family and I travel to Mammoth every summer. We have always been fortunate to stay at very nice places. But this Sleepy Hallow Retreat surpassed any of the other beautiful places we have stayed. This location was kept very clean which is a big plus for me. I hope future guest continue to take care of this location and it continues to be well kept. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities needed to feel like you are in your own home. We would love to stay here again.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Mammoth. It’s close to both the lakes and the town without being in the middle of it so you can escape the noise at night. The condo is perfect for a family to be your base for all your adventures. When you’re done for the day you have a stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and great WiFi. All you need.

We had four people staying for five nights at this location. It was the perfect spot for us as town was on one side of us and the lakes we like to fish at was on the other side of us. It was extremely clean and well-stocked with the items one needs. We were shocked at how large the space actually was. We had one issue with a missing gas hose for the barbecue, but after contacting the manager it was quickly remedied. I would highly recommend this location and hope to stay here again ourselves.

We rented the Sleepy Hollow condo in Lodges part of Snowcreek for a week of hiking and biking during the summer. It was very well equipped with all the cooking tools, pans in a beautiful kitchen with a great gas range. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and very convenient to the stores and restaurants down Old Mammoth Road. There is a lovely shaded porch out back overlooking a small pond. We would stay there again. Really enjoyed it.

This ground level condo had everything you could possibly want for a permanent stay never mind a ski vacation. We brought our two dogs and although they were not left there unattended they felt right at home. Back door to patio made for an easy potty break. We would absolutely stay there every time we visit the area.

Everything was as advertised. Apartment was clean and cozy. One odd thing was that the sofa bed was right up against the front door. We used the garage and not the front door to enter/exit, so that wasn’t an issue. One car can be parked inside the garage and the other right outside (only for this unit) as long as you are careful not to block access to the other two garages.

We asked to enter two hours earlier than check-in time at a discounted rate. Early entry was denied by PM. If owner was aware or put early entry rates the property would recieve more income. Granted, if there were guests leaving the previous day then of course the timeline is too short to get everything clean however, the house had been vacant for 4 days and already cleaned and prepped for the next guest.

We've stayed at many Snow Creek Lodges properties over the years and this property was quite pleasant. As it was Thanksgiving, we appreciated the assortment of cooking utensils and pans and the ability to bring our dog. My only (continuing) challenge with Snow Creek is the floor plans - if you have noisy neighbors you are sunk. One night was pretty rough...

One of the nicest places we have stayed at in Mammoth. Communication with the property managers was great, the condo is super spacious, and we loved how it was one story and how there was a garage attached. Overall it was a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning!

The unit makes for a really nice stay for a small group (two couples, or one couple and a couple of friends. Excellent access, single story, ground level, its own attached garage and no stairs. For people who have difficulty with climbing stairs this unit is an excellent choice in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing that I didn't care for is the written communication style of the rental owner, but that wouldn't prevent us from staying there again.

We would definitely stay there again!

Just as nice as the pictures. Had everything a normal house would have. The single level ground floor option was convenient. The only issue was you could hear everyone walking upstairs early every morning.

To whom it may concern,
Lovely development. Well-appointed downstairs unit. Noisy & loud neighbors/travelers upstairs (high school high altitude training camp attendees). Coffee maker broke 2nd day into vacation, but we happily replaced and left in unit. Spotted at least one mouse, possibly two, scampering through kitchen area. Owners might want to contact professional exterminator to remediate. Otherwise, a lovely property and graciously-appointed amenities.

we liked the place. the only thing was I had to call about the key since it wasn't left in the lockbox. I thought they should've contacted me instead of me calling them. There was only 1 wash cloth..I didn't bother calling. Just hope they know we didn't take it.

This was our second stay in this unit and we would certainly return. The layout is open, flat and comfortable. The furniture and decorations are very pretty. We appreciate the opportunity to bring our dog. The flat layout is hard to find in Mammoth. The carpeting was a bit dirty this stay, and had a large stain. The couch pullout bed was uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had all the amenties we needed, was comfortable, and all instructions were provided. Having a garage and washer/dryer were an added bonus as well as the extra half bath! The jacuzzi is great too. Would definitely stay here again.
