The staff were amazing! Really lovely people, very responsive, helpful - 11/10! The site is in a great location for walks and to get to the nearby town (lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from).
It’s very basic. If that’s all you need, then it’s perfect. But we didn’t love having to make and strip our beds, the heating not being on, or having to pay to use the extras like the fire pit etc. When you consider for an extra £20 we could have stayed in a hotel with an en-suite it felt incredibly basic. BUT - it was less than £100. So you get what you get and that’s fair enough.

was easy to find, the shower and toilet areas were clean
no actually electric plug points was a hard wired usb portal that got very hot, there were gaps in the door so other guests burning wood was over powering
