This property was absolutely beautifully decorated and very clean. Would highly recommend!

The home was beautiful, very clean and stocked with essential toiletries and kitchenware. It was very comfortable for a group of 5 adults to relax and explore the Keys. The check in process was easy, just involved giving our name at the gate. We enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts with the provided rackets and balls and were able to use the snorkeling gear provided (though much of it was child sized). Would recommend this property and stay here again!

During our stay we got to enjoy all of the amazing amenities that there were to offer. Especially appreciate the kid friendly ones. The playground area was a huge success every early afternoon to let them burn off some energy. The pool was warm and refreshing while offering a shallow and deep end perfect for everyone in the family. Being able to fish walking distance from where we slept was a HUGE hit with the entire family. The kids caught more fish than us adults (go figure). We also got to enjoy a beautiful sunset walk our last night as well as a bonfire. The house was clean, had beautiful decor and was perfectly set up for the entire family. Restaurants and shopping were close by. The entire family gives our stay a 10/10. 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back in the future.

This property is incredibly clean and very stylishly appointed! It was spacious and well laid out. It was a perfect location for our family, very close to Rainbow Reef where we were getting our scuba certification. We will definitely be back! Maria was a fabulous host!

We had a wonderful time at this townhome. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Mary was very quick to communicate and respond. I highly recommend this townhome. The golf cart was great for taking out to the jetty to watch the sunset. We had three units booked at Kawama Bay for a family reunion and this one was the nicest of the three.

A group of 5 of us came to the Keys for the weekend to go SCUBA diving and celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. House was perfect, clean with plenty of room, grounds had plenty of amenities. Would stay again for sure!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! We had 6 people total, and 4 kids. We had so much space! It was extremely clean and decorated perfectly. Mary was a pleasure to work with and communicated so well. She even gave us a list of activities and restaurants in the area, which was so helpful since we hadn’t visited the area before. We swam with dolphins, went on a glass bottom boat tour, snorkeled, and visited the sea turtle hospital. Such a fun trip!! Thank you, Mary!!

We had an amazing time at this property. It is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. We rented two units to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The oldest in our group was 82 and the youngest 21. Everyone had a great time. The pavilion was a great place for our group to gather for meals, the lagoon had beautiful fish to watch and the oceanfront provided a gorgeous sunset for family photos. Kawama Yacht Club is a great community with something for everyone. The only thing we wish we had was more time to spend there.

This was an excellent stay at an outstanding unit and property. We loved the layout. The bottom floor housed our three teenagers with enough private space. The main floor had room enough for us all to hang out together for meals and conversation. Finally, the top floor housed the adults (plus one baby!) with enough quiet space from the teens. The balconies are gorgeous (screened-in with comfortable seating). Everything was spotless and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked for stay-at-home meals.
A definite plus was having the kayaks and other equipment. We took the kayaks out for a spin on the lagoon. The unit is, in fact, located right next to the lagoon!
Being able to swim in the lagoon with the tropical fish was such a unique highlight. There are steps into the water from a small lookout dock on one side, two swim platforms in the middle, and a small sandy beach on the other side. Iguanas make their homes in the surrounding trees.
For those seeking a little less nature in their water play, two pools do the job nicely.
The golf cart allowed us to zip out to the peninsula, where we enjoyed an evening bonfire and several sunrises.
The unit and the property both exceeded our expectations!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described. Mary was very easy to communicate with. The check in and check out process was seamless. The property is beautiful and has many convenient amenities. We all said we would stay here again and will recommend to anyone visiting Key Largo!

We really enjoyed our time at the property. It was very clean and there was plenty of room to spread out! There were 3 total floors and 2 living rooms. There were canoes and tennis rackets and pickleball rackets. All kinds of things to do. The golf cart came in handy when going out to the point to watch the sunset.
Mary was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had questions.
My son loved the giant lizard hanging out in the tree in the back and my husband lovingly referred to the home as the treehouse because there was a large tree in the back. Which we loved because it blocked the sun from roasting us!

First floor bedroom is exceptionally small and windowless and could be improved, not for a couple with claustrophobia.

Property and complex were very nice. Property was very well stocked and everything worked except I could not get golf cart to go in reverse - but there was not much need for cart so did not bother to ask. Only negative - complex has no facility for recycling of paper/plastic/glass.

We spent a week at the property with our family of 7 ranging from grandparents in their 80s to children as young as 7 years old. The condo was very clean, nicely renovated and well equipped. The yacht club has a lot to offer with the pools, lagoon, beach and tennis court. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. It was great having the 3 levels with bedrooms on the top & bottom floors and the living area/kitchen in the middle. The beds were very comfortable - we had everything we needed for the kitchen use. We really enjoyed being able to head out to the "point" in the evenings for sunset. Very relaxing right there by the water and the views are wonderful. The entire area was great - we went out on a boat trip, swam on the bay side and enjoyed all of the local restaurants. A great trip! We would definitely recommend Maria's place to future guests - she made everything super easy!

This property was wonderful for 2 families if 4. We had 4 kids and it did not feel crowded at all and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Spent lots of time at the pool and house came with toys for the kids. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay.

Beautifully decorated and fully furnished townhouse
Thank you for allowing our families to stay in your townhome. Mary was very quick to communicate and respond to questions! The 3 story townhome is gorgeous and has all you need to enjoy your stay at Kawama yatch club! All I can suggest is to check with marina if you will be bringing a boat bc we contacted marina after booking house but Marina was already full so we had to get a slip a little further down the road. Worked out ok since it was close but it was pricy. Not Mary’s fault but just a suggestion for guests looking into staying at yatch club!

What a FANTASTIC place!!!!
My wife and two grown children stayed. Super fresh pristine remodel! Everyone had their own bedroom space, everyone had their own bathroom space. The kitchen is fully stocked equipment wise and a large open family friendly set up. The space has two large TV seating areas separated a floor apart, so two groups can watch what they want. Comes with a golf cart for on property travel, and a stocked storage locker with bikes, kayaks, fishing rods and other toys. Truly beautiful and amazing, pictures don't do it justice. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
