About this condo rental
Situated in Key Largo, this charming condo for $333 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Located in the Kawama Yacht Club, our condo is equipped with central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, new TVs, high-speed WiFi access, and it's well-stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. There are two bikes and fishing supplies. We're located on a saltwater lagoon with two beaches and rafts, and the complex is great for families and children of all ages. It also has 2 swimming pools, a children's playground, and tennis courts. The condo also has access to a jetty for fishing, relaxing, and enjoying sunrises and sunsets with family, friends, and neighbors. There is a boat ramp and permission to park one boat in designated areas. You must provide proof of liability insurance of at least $300,000 to bring a boat onto Kawama property. We are licensed for rental by Monroe County. License # CND5403518 We are complying with Monroe County’s, Florida’s and the CDC’s recommendations for rental cleaning procedures, including: We thoroughly disinfect all common area surfaces with a CDC-approved disinfectant. All linens and towels available for use are being washed between rentals, even if not used. Bleach is used when applicable. Our cleaning crew adheres to CDC safety guidance to prevent the transmission of the virus and provide further protection for our employees and guests. Where applicable, the cleaning crew adheres to the AHLA "Enhanced Industry-wide Hotel Cleaning Standards" in response to COVID-19. All Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) sanitation guidelines are being followed as dictated in 61C-3.001 Sanitation and Safety Requirements of the transient lodging statutes. We are currently offering a very lenient cancellation policy and request that anyone feeling ill stay home and avoid travel.

This property was exactly was as described! This was a first time traveling with these family members who had never been to Florida or experienced VRBO. From communication with owners prior to our stay to our departure, everything went great. The condo was situated in a way that was convenient for 3 couples and a child to be comfortable, experience FL to hanging out at condo utilizing the pool and lagoon. We would definitely consider staying here ago. Kudos to Lucia and her family!

This property was exactly was as described! This was a first time traveling with these family members who had never been to Florida or experienced VRBO. From communication with owners prior to our stay to our departure, everything went great. Directions were accurate, check in was easy and everything was as advertised. The condo was very nice and accommodated 10 of us, the kids slept on sleeper sofas and air mattresses. The kids snorkeled and kayaked in the lagoon daily and searched for sea critters along the shoreline at night. We all enjoyed the sunrises at the beach as well as the fire pits in the evening. The condo was well stocked with cookware and linens. Location is great with shopping nearby, but once you are here you really don't want to leave. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Three bathrooms come in handy with a larger family. Plenty of activities and options on the property. We enjoyed snorkeling, swimming, walks to the pier for sunrise and sunset, tennis, bike riding, strolling around the lagoon, walking in the shallow ocean water, swimming in the pool and lagoon, and on... One issue that came up while we were there is the kitchen breaker tripped, but with a little help we were able to reset the breaker.

We stayed at this property for our Spring Break vacation. It was a great choice. Everyone loved the unit and the amenities. The kids especially enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the lagoon just out the back door. We also enjoyed some great time at the pool and on the beach. Our friends who were with us, staying at another property, were quite envious of the great deal that we found in this one. It is a gated property, which made us feel safe, but very easy to come and go as we pleased during the week. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a family space to stay in the Keys.

Loved staying here. Clean and well equipped. Close to restaurants and activities. Only suggestion would be to clean out some of the food left in the refrigerator. The door was full of old food when we got there.

We traveled to Key Largo from Dallas for my brothers wedding in Miami. The property was perfect for our family of 5 and there were plenty of family friendly activities on the property and locally from snorkeling, great places to eat, grocery stores and shopping, to swimming. We loved our stay!

The unit is really close to the beach entry of the lagoon so we spent a lot of time swimming and hanging out there. Everything you need was at the rental. We even used the bicycles to go have lunch at Key Largo Fishery (Yum!). The only negatives were that the stove top took forever to heat up. I am not sure why it was clearly a newer stove. The unit shows signs of wear and tear from being a rental and would recommend a fresh coat of paint.

We had minor issues with the thermostat and a couple of showers, and the owners were super nice to provide a complimentary night to us. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our time here! The place was very clean upon arrival and had all the basic supplies we needed. We made use of just about all of the amenities on the property and had a great time! Our favorites were the lagoon and fire pits/seating areas by the ocean. Lucia was a great host and excellent communicator. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone else!

Great experience.
Great condo, we had a group of 5 of us for a week of diving and this was a great condo. Very well stocked and very peaceful. The owner was very prompt and friendly with me and we will definitely book again next year
