About this villa rental
A piece of our paradise on earth. Our beautiful villa has breathtaking views. It faces the Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while delighting yourself with amazing sunrises from our balcony. It is very spacious and centrally located, close to all attractions, shops and great restaurants.
It directly overlooks the Atlantic and is very uniquely decorated with a Balinese mask collection. Is a 3/3 two story, with an upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace, both facing the marina. There are several SmartTV’s upstairs living room as well as downstairs. Our kitchen is well stocked if you want to practice your chef skills. For your convenience, we have a front load washer and dryer You will not have any contacts to enter the villa and our golf cart and two bikes are complimentary for your use. There are 2 parking spaces for our guests right on our driveway. We have a front security camera above the garage door.
The ammenties at Kawama are plenty to enjoy your vacation. Lighted tennis courts, a full kidddie playground, a private sandy beach with tikki huts, beach chairs and grills to throw burgers and ribs 😋, 24 hour security, a fresh salt water lagoon with a sandy area, two heated pools available for the villa guests, tennis courts and a convenienty located onsite marina with oceanfront access and a free boat ramp. Bring your boat to Kawama with a $300k insurance per our HOA regulations written under the main renter's name or rent one locally. Our marina offers all sizes of slips. The location was perfect for our adult family of four. We were able to relax, dive, snorkel, and spend time together on the point each evening. We will definitely be booking again and maybe for a longer duration.

Property was clean and well maintained. Great location and view of the ocean
Wifi account and password were not accurate. Wifi account and passord on router did not work,
Advertized golf cart not functional
2 bikes provided had flat tires
emailed and text host with no response to these issues

communication was not great with host and made it difficult to gain access. once we had entry the place was ok. the golf cart provided was broken which would have been nice to have on property.
