This is a very spacious and luxurious accommodation with the most central location, great option!

The only challenge we had was a strong smell in the appartment from the sewage system. Another confusion was about obtaining a special card for parking, but that issue the staff resolved quickly.

A must see beautiful apartment and cityscape.

The location could not be better. It was in the heart of the city, steps away from shops and attractions. Very clean and safe surroundings covered in marble. Easy taxi from Murcia Int airport cost less than €40. Greeted & handed 2 door cards by the lady at the office on ground level who also took a copy of our passport. Lift up to first floor of pretty building with contemporary interior. Stairway cleaned every morning. Fresh bread available 2 min walk into square at small well equipped supermarket which also satisfied our beer & wine needs. Plenty of boutiques to keep the ladies happy, & enough for the teens too. Ice cream is brilliant. Souvenir shops sell international stamps, bought baseball cap for €5. Did a 45min harbour tour for just €6 . Walking distance to Santa Florentina food market, & Military museum (free, gave donation) Enjoyed the Roman amphitheater and tagged on to a tour for extra information. Didn’t go to beach, but would have been happy to go by taxi. The bar overlooking the harbour was beautiful to watch the cruise ship slowly light up as the sun went down. Very warm sunny 26-28 degrees in mid October. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, brilliant choice, and great value.

Nothing to complain about. Would have stayed 4 days instead of 3 !

Just book it. Wonderful value in a classy mix of old & new style.

A fabulous new build in an old shell. Wonderful everything, and a modern / classic mix. Comfy beds & furniture. Balcony in every room on one of the main tourist plazas. There was a huge street party going on but it was SILENT in the apartment. Incredible value.

Hmm- I have to dig deep for a quibble on this place. OK, despite how well equipped it was, the excellent bathroom was bizarrely missing a towel rail.

Spacious, well equipped unit. Location is amazing and you could not hear any street noise at all!

-The unit had a funky smell when we arrived (got better after we opened the windows for a bit). -Shower water was only hot for a couple of minutes then went ice cold. -nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom

Wonderful modern apartment in central location

Location & size of the apartment were excellent. Pre arrival communications including instructions on how to access the apartment was also great. Furnishings were very modern.

Fantastic view and location

Fantastic view of the plaza and the modernista buildings through large windows. Lucky to have a demo and a military re-enactment to watch! Close to lots of restaurants and all tourist sites. Quiet, as double windows are double glazed. Well fitted out kitchen and washing machine. Very comfortable mattress. Lovely welcome and check-in at office next door. Cards and key codes for entry meaning both of us could be independent.

Small thing but towel rails would be good. Day we left, some runners had shut down the whole old city meaning no taxis, so dragged the luggage to the station. Obviously, the host could not change that, but a warning would have been good!

I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, muchos gracias.

Location was very good. The apartment very nice.

Need Towel rails and hooks in the bathroom. Need a chair and/or dressing table in the main bedroom.

very good location

Brilliant location, we did a day trip to Cartagena and couldn’t of gotten a better location

We were a little uncomfortable as the bolt on our room did not work and the lockbox outside our door was broken and when we checked there was a key for our room inside it they opened our door

Lovely apartment, great coffee machine, well appointed kitchen. Facilities and security excellent. Wonderful location.

My stay was wonderful, I don't have any suggestions for improvement. Oh except the toilet waa very low ..

A modern apartment situated centrally.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It is located close to amenities and within walking distance to tourist attractions.

It is noisy in the very early hours of the morning there are deliveries and noises such as trucks cleaning the pavements. I could not sleep the first night.

Location. Facilities within the location.

The bed was very short. My feet stuck well out of the bottom. It was very noisy. Tidying up in the plaza after the cafes and bars had closed. The cleaning of the plaza and the general noise of trucks. The opening of the cafes in the morning.

Fantastic location and very stylish appartment . The appartment had everything we needed and if we needed anything we just had to ask. One extra night was accomodated easily

It was very noisy at night time There was a little lack of details in cleaning i.e. Towels left in the wardrobe by previous guests

Good Location, and it looked new and fresh. Good facilities. Not overcrowded and had some modern nice touches like a coffee machine in, and a large tv. Air con very good throughout . access easy . Staff polite . Clean. Tidy. Comfy beds ! Views amazing ! Decor lovely .

It was noisy most of the night outside as windows / doors not well sealed. Only given 2 bath towels for 3 & a baby staying. Not easy to contact anyone If a problem as staff gone majority of the evening . No tea towels in kitchen supplied so had to use a face towel from bathroom . Cracked broken damaged tiles and dirty grout to the shower. Hooks for towels in bathroom broken. Tv although a great size had no English channels. WiFi unable to connect with password given. Sounds a lot but the little things count. Advise: maybe a small tray of bits to help with initial stay ie milk coffee tea bread butter beer etc . As cost was a lot for what we actually had. Possibly hotel cheaper and better facilities . But the place was nice looks amazing and well presented and we had a lovely time .
