Staff very friendly and helpful. Good white towels and clean bedding. Room basic but practical. Continental breakfast Good. Local shops very friendly. We were able to store out luggage until we headed for our flight.
Location which is a pity. Not a very safe place to be in. Hotel staff,taxi etc warned us to be very careful out in the street. A lot of homeless around. We did not go out in the evening because of this and we would have loved to walk around.
No bar in the hotel so we could not have a drink there.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Hotel is clean.
No fridge in rooms, swimming pool was a joke,but of course better than nothing. Area where hotel was is scarce, so dirty and smells gross. Didn’t feel safe after you stepped out from front door

It was clean and the location was central.
The check-in time. Lack of Flexibility and option to pay more to have an early check. The room was lacking a fridge or other modern conveniences such as coffee making facilities or ironing board. The shower floor is extremely slippery and dangerous. All my fellow travellers experienced the situation.
