Great location for the sights; very helpful concierge staff with: check in, recommendations, booking taxis, leaving luggage securely; room quite clean and modern; very good toiletries supplied; new towels daily; well looked after.
Aircon I think was on a centralised system, or if not, I couldn't work out how to control it (usually very competent with these things) which meant it was quite hot on one night for an hour or so before it came back on. Had to wear earplugs in room 206 each night as at around 22:00 there was plant/mechanical noise turning on and off regularly. Not the end of the world but definitely noticeable.

Really nice hotel in a great location in the centre of Barcelona at La Rambla. It was clean and tidy and also nice and quiet to rest even though in the heart of the city. Staff friendly and welcoming and would stay here again!

Good location
We had issue with other hotel booking so can here. My colleagues rooms were good but I had the bunk bed room
Main issue for me was the lack of sound proofing - very noisy
