The place was really great. Location was perfectly situated on the outskirts of the old town, between both the surfing and swimming/sunbathing beaches. It was clean and tidy. A big plus was the furniture. We were able to comfortably hang out on the sofas as a family of 4 with no one in a lesser seat. It was easy to get access, with 2 sets of keys plus an emergency access option which was very reassuring. Communication in advance was best I've had, and they let us check in early at no extra charge because the apartment was ready. Loads of storage and some nice extras like washing up liquid, washing machine tabs, lots of toilet roll, etc. The beds were very soft and comfortable which was perfect for sore post surf bodies. It was all well thought through.
There wasn't really anything not to like. On the days it rained, there was a slight smell of sewage systems in the main bathroom, but the window kept on top of it and it didn't permeate.

Excellent location in San Sebastian, close to the centre and sea. Comfortable. Spacious. Well equipped. Stylish.

対応もスピーディーでとても親切です。
キッチンやバスルームの清潔さは特に素晴らしい。
何もありませんが、あえて言うなら
キッチンの椅子は低いと快適です。ソファーの近くにローテーブルがあるともっとくつろげます。
私達は問題ありませんが鉄道の駅までは少し歩きます。バスは便利です。

Newly built accommodation (2022)
Noisy neighborhood - bars will keep you up at night. bedrooms on the street side and 1 bedroom as a closet without a window. very high price for the quality. Better to stay at the concha, not in the old town.
