Location
Front lobby had a complimentary water station but never had water filled up!
Also I’m a minor member but I couldn’t get points because I booked by a third party’ ridiculous

Modern building and decent location
Ants in the room, staff were clueless and not really very helpful. We ordered a water taxi to the train station and had to check with them 4 times that it was booked as no one gave us any confidence that it was done. It was over 20 mins late and we nearly missed our train! Room was also full of mozzies and my husband was bitten to death!
