About this condo rental
Located in Victoria, this lovely condo for $101 per night is a great option for your next vacation. ***Free Indoor, Secure Parking*** ***Now with Air Conditioning*** Licence Number 00036827 This unit is located in a newer building on the corner of Herald and Government. Across the street from China Town and in the CBD. When you enter the unit, immediately on the left is a closet and the door to the washroom with a deep tub and shower. Straight ahead is the hallway with the washer and dryer on the left in the closet. Once in the living room there is a queen sized sofa bed with a 4K TV and the kitchen island. There is free coffee and tea for your arrival. There is also a dishwasher and pots and pans. Another hard left will bring you to the bedroom behind the smoked, sliding doors. Here there is a queen sized bed and the ensuite bathroom. Plus, a second 4K TV. We supply Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ for our guests. The entire unit is hardwood without any carpet. We only use organic cleaners for cleaning the condo and for the bathroom amenities. There is complimentary high speed internet Wifi available for free. There is free, underground secure parking. Double-decker buses, afternoon tea, homes that look like castles, and pubs with names like the Sticky Wicket and the Penny Farthing... Victoria has long traded on its British affiliations. But while the fish-and-chips remain first class and summer cricket games still enliven Beacon Hill Park, the days when Victoria was more British than Britain are long gone. In Victoria 2.0, the food culture embraces fusion, the beer leans toward craft brews and the abundance of bicycles seems to have more in common with Holland than England. It's still one of the most British cities in North America, but there's more to Victoria than tearooms, antique shops and galleries (though there are plenty of those). Driven by the younger generation, the city has sprouted a collection of cool shops, authentic coffee bars and unique restaurants. It also has more cycling routes than any other Canadian city, providing a great way to explore the picturesque location (and avoid an afternoon of antique shopping).

The location is perfect. The hosts are very communicative and friendly. This spot is walking distance to everything and in the heart of china town. The bed was so cozy and the shower was spa worthy. We will for sure stay again the next time we’re in town.

Great location, very clean and walkable. Paul and Takayo are great hosts and make everything very clear and easy. The apartment has everything you will need for your vacation and more! The bus stops nearby making this a really ideal place if you aren't driving. Overall, a great spot to stay while visiting Victoria.

This condo was exactly as represented. The space was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and location great. Walking distance to old town, harbour front and can see Chinatown from the window.
Paul and Takayo have everything clearly explained and the property was easily accessible and safe. Would definitely return!

Our family spent three days in Paul & Takayo's condo, and they were gorgeous! The condo is in a stellar location - walking distance to anything you might want to do - and is perfectly equipped for a comfortable and successful vacation. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless from start to finish - Paul & Takayo have the communication down to a fine art and are amazingly responsive. Don't hesitate on booking this one!

We found the property to be extremely clean and well furnished. The location near China Town was a real plus. Paul was great on communicating with us and gave us some good tips on places to eat. The property is beautifully decorated and very modern. It was very warm in Victoria during our stay but they had just installed a new room air conditioner. It struggled to keep up with the West exposure but we stayed comfortable.

To begin with, the entire check in process was super smooth with the hosts sending us perfect instructions well in advance. The unit was clean and as described in the listing. Wonderful location with a ton of great restaurants at walking distance (with the hosts sharing a list of their favorites, most of which did not disappoint!). In general, the unit is perfectly located close to Inner Harbor, shopping etc. Hosts were extremely responsive to requests (they even ordered a replacement mattress for their sofa bed when we shared it was a tad bit uncomfortable). Very hospitable! We highly recommend and will definitely come back here to stay again!

This was a lovely clean little condo. The hosts were great to deal with and always responded quickly to any questions. The location was great - walkable to all downtown sites. Having underground secured parking was a nice bonus. Our only issue was no A/C as it was hot when we were there, fans were provided though which helped.

If you want an authentic stay in Victoria, this is your place! The condo is perfect-clean and quiet with everything you need. The hosts are thoughtful and communicative. The welcome binder is so helpful and their restaurant recommendations are delicious.The check in and check out process is a breeze and very safe. The secure parking garage is a plus if you bring your car. You can walk everywhere if you'd like. Overall, I cannot recommend this rental enough! We will definitely be back!

The property is in a great location, you can walk to the iner harbour with ease. Shopping, restaurants etc. All within a 5min walk.
The only thing is if your going to stay for a week, it would be nice to have more places to put clothes away. Other then that i would definitely stay there again.

The condominium was clean, very cozy and in a quiet smaller building. The location was only a short walk from the centre of downtown Victoria snd the inner harbor. It was also well located to travel north on the island or to go to the airport/ferry. We were new to Vrbo but our hosts supported us and were easy to contact. We highly recommend our hosts and this unit.

Great spot in British Columbia to see the sights in Victoria whether you fly, drive, or cruise here it will be well worth your time to stay at this VRBO. Only thing to note is there is no AC but it is typically cooler in Victoria we noticed.

Hidden gem in China town
This is a great location in Chinatown! It's quiet, easily accessible and is in close walking distance to downtown and the inner harbour. We also really enjoyed the fact that it's half a block from the Jam Cafe and a great coffee place in the morning. The unit is clean, cozy, nicely decorated and has all the amenities for a short stay. The added bonus of secure underground parking and bike storage was critical for us since our car was packed to the rafters after having moved out our son from U of Vic residence. I also want to thank Paul , one of the owners, for always promptly responding to all our inquiries, it made everything easy and worry free.

Location was excellent!! It was quiet and the secure underground parking was a plus. We appreciated the coffee that was supplied our first morning there before we had the chance to pick up a few groceries. A very short walk to great restaurants, shopping, and pubs as well as within walking distance to many sites which include the Inner Harbour, BC Royal Museum, Beacon Hill Park, and Craigdarroch Castle to name a few!
We did a combination of eating out, making meals in the well appointed kitchen and occasionally picking up a variety of wonderful take-out at the Victoria Public Market which is about a block away.
The owners were in constant contact to ensure we had what we needed.
Our two week stay was most enjoyable and we have already recommended it to friends.
