The location is prime, close to everything and easy to access. It is very quiet and comfortable. You must be aware there is no restaurant or breakfast offered. We were aware of this at booking and found the accommodations exceptional. May be the best waterfront location in Victoria.

Roomy one bedroom apartment with amazing view. Very comfortable, great location.
Plug-in capacity for devices was limited. No coffee in lobby, just a coffee machine and hot pot in kitchen with generic tea bags, bagged coffee and powdered creamer. Craved a creamy coffee in our room, but needed to go to a coffee shop for that.

The location was great, and the view was exceptional! The harbour view was probably the highlight of our stay. And the included parking was a nice surprise. Checkout was really quick and easy and it was nice taht we were able to buzz front desk and be let into the parkade even before checking in that was really nice.
I read that there was AC, but there was no AC in our room; we had a rough sleep because it was so hot. Also, the check-in process was very strange. The hotel called and emailed me MULTIPLE times to confirm when I would arrive; it was just strange. Then when we did arrive, the (kind) gentleman behind the desk tried to upsell us on the penthouse; we politely declined, he sighed (looked stressed?) and said: "What about 50 bucks?" We still declined, and he said, "Well, you can have that room anyways." I'm sure this is a more common practice than I know but it felt very strange that they already had the key cards written up for us and were just trying to get any extra money they could from us? Also, he said there would be a walk-in shower and there wasn't one (no biggie) but the whole process was just...odd? We still had a totally fine stay, and because the location and view are so great, we will probably stay again. But certainly not in the summer without AC
