Nice and quiet. I enjoyed having breakfast with other guests and chatting with them. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Glad there was a mini fridge, coffee machine and kettle in the room. Would have been nice to have a little microwave.
No cleaning or towel change(extra towels)

Good location good host
Dirty especially around toilet seat hinges
power went out and it took time and trouble to sort
ran out of hot water
