I got what I paid for.

Good location right downtown. The garage is also a huge bonus for protecting valuables in my car.

Weird smell. Bathtub drain clogged while I was taking a shower.

In general, the price of each night's stay was expensive compared to the facilities

The location was good

-TV did not work Facet was so close to the sink so it was difficult to wash your hands - The bathtub was so old so it was look like it is dirty - Mattress was uncomfortable - Sheets and pillows were so old

Wouldn’t go there again unless

The price was good.

My room was not very clean and had a very funky smell that wouldn’t leave. The microwave and fridge were inaccessible until I moved a large table. The room was way too cramped with a table and chair I felt to be unnecessary.

Horrifying.

I like that it’s close to downtown. That’s all.

There are a number of things I didn’t like. Dirty linens, bloody pillows and mattress, stinking blankets, molding bath tubs and dirty carpet flooring just to name a few. The audacity to charge cleaning fee is ridiculous.

Noisy area, couldn’t sleep the whole night. The coffee maker was not clean. The TV did not work.

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable king size.

The toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Water was coming from under the base after every flush. The pillow covers didn't appear to be very clean, had some stains.

Disappointing

I liked the proximity to everything downtown

The lack of security on the suite doors. there was only a deadbolt that didn’t make us feel very secure. the door also didn’t shut on its own we had to make sure it was pulled or pushed closed behind us. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either, lots of mold in the corners and it didn’t appear like anyone had swept or vacuumed under the vanity in quite some time.

Exceptional

All staff were good with excellent service. Mr Jane at reception was very kind and helpful. I recommend he should be awarded from his company with his excellent service and helped me even underground parking. The cleaner Mr Sami was very repectfull. I will recommend my friend to stay in his place .

Good location, a bit shabby, a bit under-staffed, but the staff are friendly and conscientious

Friendly, helpful, conscientious staff, good location, good value, a big room with most of the things you'd find in any decent but cheap motel room. Plenty of sockets. Wifi not great, but acceptable and free. Beds and furnishings are elderly but fine. Though very run down, there are signs that some care (if not a lot of money) has gone into trying to keep it clean and functional. It is quite shabby, don't expect everything to work, don't expect it to be beautiful, don't expect new appliances or furniture, but the basics are all there.

The motel has seen better days. Much better days. There's a lot of very old, patched up stuff, and the patching up seems to have mostly been done as cheaply as possible, in quite a haphazard way, over a lengthy period. It's kind-of falling apart, but it is cared for. I don't think there are enough staff, but the ones who are there try hard to keep it maintained.

Sketchy

The location and bed were alright. The one gentleman who came to try and get the TV to work was nice and did offer a new room. House keeping gentleman was nice.

Paint on carpet, rad was falling apart, dirty, air conditioner was filthy, TV didn't work, lamp handle was broken so couldn't be used. Gentleman at checkout was rude. Couldn't get into pstking lot had to get help one night from the front desk, duct tape wall in elevator.
