About this docked boat rental

Located in Pensacola, this attractive docked boat for $270 per night is a great option for your next vacation. One of three Houseboats we offer, Baydream, is part of our "fleet" located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing east). This floating getaway sleeps up to 6 people - bedroom (queen), loft (queen bean bag bed that is COMFY) and a sleeper sofa in the living room (queen). A fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a washer & dryer in the bedroom + a roomy bathroom (shower only) adds to the allure of this spacious and immaculate little piece of paradise. Relax on the front porch for the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine at the end of your day. You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's stadium, Ice Flyer games, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach are just a short drive away. Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking. Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station. Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children or people with stability issues. Immaculate condition, very welcoming and friendly hosts who communicate really quickly. It was lovely being on the water, and during winter, it was very peaceful. The houseboat is in walking distance of Pensacola Downtown which was nice. Great place to stay.

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and this place was perfect! Right on the water,perfect for us because my husband loves to fish. The boathouse was very clean, nicely decorated, had all the amenities of home, it was wonderful! Practically everything we needed outside of a few personal things,we really enjoyed ourselves.

It was super quiet,walking distance to downtown for all your good eats and drinks. Loved sitting on patio watching sailboats come in. several different beaches just a short drive. Great place. Enjoyed visiting different beaches everyday.

This was such a unique and fabulous experience. The boat was very clean with all of the comforts of home. So much better than a regular hotel experience. It's within walking distances of almost everything and the hostess was wonderful! Will definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

Great location. Midweek stay on a hot summertime was quiet and relaxing. The houseboat was clean and well appointed and within walking distance to restaurants, museums and historic downtown. Air conditioning worked well. We would have loved to have sat on the porch more but the heat was intense; the windows, view and comfortable places to sit inside made up for it. Will be staying here again.

We absolutely loved the houseboat! The location was perfect for us. We brought our boat and it was so awesome being able park it just steps away from the front door! We had water and power for the boat. Just perfect. The management team was very helpful and responsive. We plan on this being our new yearly vacation spot.

My wife and I stayed here in order to go by boat to watch the Blue Angels and let me tell you we were blown away. It was the perfect getaway for us and the house was just as described. The Blue Angels were just a short 15 minute boat ride away and we had great weather. We were able to dock our boat right next to the house which was very convenient. The only complaint that I may have is that you have to launch somewhere else because the marina doesn’t have their own launch but we didn’t have any difficulties launching elsewhere. Also the food at The Fish House was absolutely amazing and we had dinner there both nights. Great overall experience!

If you are bringing a boat, this is your go-to place to stay! I was able to launch my boat about a mile away, DOCK NEXT TO MY HOUSEBOAT, store my trailer on-site, and enjoy first class accommodations! It is very difficult to find a place that checks all these boxes. The houseboat was immaculate, well equipped, and has lots of room. The master bath has a walk-in shower which is very nice. It is VERY quiet on the dock and security was great. There is a locking gate to access the dock. It is a bit of a walk from your car but there are dock carts available to help with your luggage. Restaurants and shopping are less than a mile away, with one overlooking the marina! There is lots to do in the area, rain or shine. You are about 8 miles away from the barrier islands by boat. Depending on the Blue Angels schedule, you can anchor near Fort McRee and watch them practice. There are also numerous restaurants within 15 miles by boat. We have already booked another stay next Spring!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The loft was big enough for 2 blow up mattresses for the kids and we were comfortable downstairs in the only bedroom. We walked everywhere and were so close to some of the best restaurants in town. We found everything to be clean and the management was very easy to work with. We would love to stay here again!

Husband and I were up to visit family. We live at the beach in St. Pete so we wanted to stay someplace different, yet near water. This cottage is roomy, beautifully appointed, clean as a whistle, quiet and very private. Walking to all things in downtown was 5 minutes and driving over to the beach was quick and easy. Highly recommend!!!!

The 5 star rating is absolutely deserved! The house boat had everything we needed. Location is great. Thank you for the coffee pods, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Also loved that you had an ice maker in the freezer and the filtered water pitcher! Thanks for snacks too. The Palafox area was neat. Our favorite places were the Pensacola Smokehouse and Pensacola Brewing Company right across the street. Of course McGuire’s Irish Pub is a must!! Thank you Jo Dee, you have a great place!

We really loved this experience. The houseboat was squeaky clean and lovely. It’s a bit of a trek from parking to the houseboat but so, so worth it. The carts were a nice touch. A quick walk to the Fish House — try the Shrimp Ya-Ya. Delish!
