About this condo rental
Located in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely condo for $150 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a brand new listing, but my husband and I have over 800 5-star reviews with our other condos in The Village Lodge (see below). Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. You will just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay! ***48 inch HDTV with full motion mounting to watch from any angle in the kitchen or living room, with Direct TV ***Dedicated 16 MBPS high-speed internet just for you (most units in the Village offer shared wifi for their guests, which results in painfully slow internet speeds) ***Updated kitchen appliances and utensils, including dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc. ***Granite countertops ***Gas fireplace ***Private terrace ***Additional 40-inch TV in bedroom ***Ski storage locker ***King size bed in master bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room AMENITIES You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and four outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm). ***Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights with our new Peloton bikes ( and treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.). *Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly." *Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth. *Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm! CONVENIENCE Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go. TAP INTO OUR KNOWLEDGE BASE: My husband and I manage our four homes and rental properties as our full-time job through Mammoth Bliss Vacation Rentals. That means that you have access to our help, knowledge base, expertise, and anything you may need 24/7. We both have all the apps loaded on our phones and laptops, so we will respond to any questions you may have immediately. A hotel has hundreds of other guests vying for the services, beauty, resources, and "exclusivity" of the property. A typical VRBO listing is just the home and no guidance, tips, networking, suggestions, etc. My husband and I provide the best of both worlds giving you amazing support, exclusivity, relaxation, and privacy. HOUSE RULES Heated Pool is open from10am-10pm. Pet Fee is $100/night. VRBO bookings: traveler must include it in their reservation. All others: bookings will be charged separately. REQUIRED LANGUAGE FOR ALL LISTINGS AS PER MONO COUNTY: Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-33-20, and associated guidance of the California Public Health Officer, continue to apply statewide. These advise Californians to “avoid traveling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Checked in late. Not an issue with a manager available after 10:00pm. Condo was very clean. Undergound parking. We were not in any snow, but underground parking would be great if there was bad weather. We never made any food, but it has everything needed if we did. Worked out great. Give it a definite 5 star rating.

The property was in a great area. There were so many amenities at a walking distance. The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was cozy and we all fit comfortably. Loved the fireplace and the books that Michaela and her husband left as a gift. We all truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be planning a longer trip

The apartment is in an amazing location, next to shops and gondola. Building is modern and well maintained. The apartment is clean, functional and well decorated. The communication with the owner was clear and easy.

1Bedroom - Village Location
We enjoyed staying in Michaela’s condo. The location can’t be beat. One of our favorite restaurants the side door is close by and allows well-behaved dogs.Super easy check-in, good amenities at the village although we did not use the pool or the Jacuzzi due to the weather. Do you love the underground parking and the ease of loading and unloading. We appreciated being allowed to bring our golden doodle unfortunate,
The charge to bring a small pet is High 100 per day so be aware. Also the condo is relatively basic. If you were looking for a posh accommodation this may not be the best choice.

A nice feature of the condo was the inclusion of little amenities in the kitchen and bath. For a change of pace and an internal reboot, pick up and read (and take home as recommended!) The Book of Joy on the coffee table. Very attentive hosts!

The location of this property is right in the middle of everything. Right out of the elevator you're steps away from shops and plenty of restaurant options. Short drive to either the slopes or campgrounds and lake Mary area. The room itself is perfect for a family of four. Lets be honest, when you're in Mammoth you spend most of your day outside. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a slight stale smell in the air but didn't turn out to be a problem. Property owners responded with all information need to stay and enjoy my trip immediately after booking. All in all great property to stay at. Great experience to add to great family memories made.
