SCAM!!!

I stayed only for 1 day out of 13 days I booked , unfortunately it’s a super scam , it’s better not to waste your time being there , staff rude , the owner of the place is anonymous.

Definitely nothing!!

i don't know where to start the compound itself is a disaster, only one small pool is working and it is no doubt the most dirty pool i've been to!! pool water was full of hair and even snack plastic bags with no one to clean...i didn't even dare to put even my legs in the water the compound is far far away from everything and lacks any kind of service, only very small market that opens 9 am and closes 8 pm, if you need even a small loaf of bread after 8 pm then you are screwed up, you have to drive to drive for 25 minutes each ways to reach a market. you'll not find any kind of service near the compound at all. in case you don't have a car thats another sad story. the rooms were not bad regarding cleaning, but in one of the rooms the electricity went off at 9 pm after 2 days of staying there and when contacted the owner he said just he charged the card with 100 LE and can not do more, i said how in the world would we stay a whole night without electricity and that he should send someone to fix this, he said the maintenance guy is sleeping and he dont want to wake him up, he offered no solution, just keeping my children freaked out in the darkness!! i had to leave the next morning i couldn't stay in such a place. its a total disaster really one more creepy thing, there are cameras in the rooms that made us feel uncomfortable at all. that was a real disaster and the owner was very very rude didn't want to compensate to that night we faced total darkness a sincere advice if you reapect your time and money don't waste them in that place! believe me it is a total mess and i swear to god will be your worst vacation ever.

Perfect for whom searching for clean accommodation with low budget without seeking something else

It was so good for price with all needed devices. very good place if you will only use it for sleeping and rest

the pool was terrible in Eid Vacation. the beach was an open beach and it was about 10 min walking. it will be perfect if you like the wild life

The place is 15 minutes away from both gouna and Hurghada which is great! The apartment is nicely and newly furnished, with new appliances. The apartment is also spacious, and for a very good price.

The apartment was full of dust as the apartment wasn't properly cleaned, and irritated my allergies to the extent I couldn't sleep or breathe properly. The balcony was never cleaned, thus we couldn't use it. Meanwhile, the owner didn't give the problem any weight. Moreover, the apartment isn't a pool view, it is looking over the desert, making it even worse for the dust issue. There is a pool under the window, but not the pool view as the pictures. The air conditioner was leaking from the outside, which of course leaked on our clothes that we were drying. The apartment isn't a beach front. It is a 10 minute walk through a desert road and the water isn't deep enough for a swim, so we had to drive every day to Gouna or Hurghada and pay fees for using the beaches.

Nice short stay in a nice environment

The apartment was okay for my needs everything you need for four nights The atmosphere with the tenants in the tiba very welcoming

WiFi but it is ongoing problem in some apartments Bathroom cleanliness shower had sand bits first time I used and shower curtain needs to be washed but don't take this as negative not to stay at this apartment as I have stayed in worse apartment with cleanliness issues

If you have a car: great inexpensive accommodation with many pools

I liked the many pools as I enjoy swimming laps in the morning. There was also a little bar with an alcohol licence so you could always get a drink or even eat there.

During Eid the pools were very crowded so that after a while there were water quality issues and they closed some pools down. Pool maintenance should definitely be improved!

Excellent value for money

Very nice apartment, friendly owner, staff. Supermarket exists on premises so it’s a huge plus. The apartment is fully equipped, clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great resort, best value for the price.

The resort is really nice, there are pools, the studio I stayed at is fully furnished and had almost everything I needed during my stay, the owner is a very nice gentleman who's very honest and helpful.

It's good if you have a car with you, which luckily I did, since it's fairly isolated, and that's something you need to keep in mind. Also you need to remind the staff to charge your electricity card for the days of your stay so you won't run out of electricity in the middle of the night.
