The staff was friendly and helpful.
It was very warm in the rooms.
The play room was an excellent idea.
The view was amzing.
The breakfast food was bad quality, not varied and the worst part was that the food was recycled the next morning. The boiled eggs were bad. I had a horrible food poisoning in the last day and I had to be rushed to hospital! 😡 I was “lucky” because I was on my way to Tbilisi.
If you arrive late for breakfast you don’t get all the food variety and have to ask the staff for different food that was missing. The food is the same all the time, you need to change it from one day to another, especially that the variety is very low.
The transport to the slopes is only 2 times a day and benefited it only twice in 5 days, the rest of the days I had to walk to the slopes and back 😐
You need to book the sauna (which gladly is private) every day and sometimes it was fully booked.
Had to pay €120 for early check in 😵💫
