I loved the team, hotel staff was helpful with all my requests. The place has all amenities like restaurant, ski depot with a drying fan for your equipment after the day. I had no troubles with hot water. They even organise their own shuttle to the slope twice a day to save you ten minutes. The location is good, next to the “lower city center” (where the gas station, bunch of restaurants and two supermarkets are located)

Довольно приветливые и приятные люди сотрудники, особенно сотрудники столовой, да и на рецепции, очень хорошие люди
В один день я возвращался в отель, и в 1am(1:00) , не такое уж и позднее время была закрыта основная дверь в гостиницу, мне пришлось морозиться на улице 30 минут, и стучаться в окна к другим гостям, потому что хозяева гостиницы мне не отвечали на звонки до утра. Если бы не добрые люди, я бы спал на улице. Также в номерах нет таблички не беспокоить, советую купить
