Awesome breakfast, better than in big hotels. Easy to go on the mountains, next to the ski lift area. 10 meters walk to the slopes.
It was cold outside so it was a bit cold inside the room.

Breakfast was great, there were many options. Location was great, especially for beginner skiing, very close to the ski lift, restaurants, Spar, and also for the minibus.

The food was very good at the restaurant. The breakfast was decent as a typical 3 stars hotel breakfast
The reception staff was very helpful and available at any time.
The access on a snow day was a little bit difficult with 3 big luggage and a stroller but the reception staff helped us.
The hotel is located in the old Gudauri village with no much things to do. Although the hotel is located on the ski slopes. Unfortunately if not a good skier you cannot access (only by taxi ) to New Guadauri that has more baby lifts and facilities for beginners.
The hotel is quality/ price very good but the room was a little bit small for 2 adults and 1 toddler.

Stood in lobby for 12 minutes upon arrival - no one in reception.
