We would like to highlight and praise the excellent service at the Soncho Hotel, the quality meals for breakfast and dinner, and especially the kind and friendly Mrs. Nina, the receptionist. She made every effort to find and deliver a personal document that we had inadvertently left at the ski center. Her professionalism, kindness and willingness to help the hotel guests deserve a nomination for the Tourism Employee of the Year award.

I liked the service we received at the property. The staff was really nice and helpful. Close to skiing, two minutes from the place.
The downside to the property was the beds. We had back pain because of the mattresses, which were not of high quality, and to be honest, it affected our continued enjoyment of skiing. Skiing with back pain is unpleasant and not recommended.

-location is walking distance from the lift
-okay overall
- my room was on the first floor next to reception, restaurant and common area which was very loud and uncomfortable, didn’t feel any privacy
- bedsheets were dirty so had to ask to change them
- staff was sweet but not too helpful, for example when I asked to help me book marshrutka as I don’t have local sim card they said they don’t have a number which is crazy for me considering they’re locals. I’m used to very different level of hospitality in Georgia
-location is good to the lift but there are very few restaurants around which leaves you with the only option to eat at the hotel
- breakfast is okay but I’d suggest to spread it a little bit on the sides cause if 1 person is taking smth others can’t reach it
