The apartment was excellent—clean and comfortable. The location is just a minute from the ski slope as well as après-ski spots, bars, and restaurants. Everything is within easy reach. The host was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The studio apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The location is perfect, very close to the gondola, and with a supermarket and ski rental in the same building. Plenty of restaurants and bars as well. Very kind welcome by the host, who was available throughout for any questions. He also drove us to Tbilisi Airport on our final day.
Nothing. The heating was full on when we arrived and it was a bit too hot for us, but you can easily turn it off if you wish.

Nice and clean property
It is very audible what is happening in the corridor and at the neighbors. It is impossible to sleep
