The location is good and the views are perfect, we took a 2 bedroom Jacuzzi suite. The breakfast had good options. The lady at the reception was helpful and welcoming.
Stayed for a night though.
They also have steam and sauna facilities.

Warm and cosy hotel with great spa.
A mattress refresh in some of the rooms would perfect the experience.

We have travelled around Georgia for many years and stayed in many hotels, and this one really stood out. Excellent value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, generous portions, and exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the room and pool.
We also appreciated that the room was warm and comfortable despite the cool mountain weather. The pool, sauna and relaxation areas are a great bonus even outside the ski season.
We came to celebrate our anniversary and stayed in a room with a jacuzzi. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.
We honestly found nothing to complain about. The only thing to keep in mind is the high altitude, which may cause a headache for sensitive people, but of course this is not the hotel’s fault.

They have the best restaurant in the area for sure and I am not talking about breakfast, I am talking about dinner & lunch. I even checked out from the hotel but came back from my other hotel (Molte) just to eat dinner and go
Unfortunately hotel needs heavy maintenance and renovation. We had issues in our sink and issues in the Jacuzzi also one of the wooden panels on the wall was falling. Although reception and all staff are very nice and helpful.
