We have travelled around Georgia for many years and stayed in many hotels, and this one really stood out. Excellent value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, generous portions, and exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the room and pool.
We also appreciated that the room was warm and comfortable despite the cool mountain weather. The pool, sauna and relaxation areas are a great bonus even outside the ski season.
We came to celebrate our anniversary and stayed in a room with a jacuzzi. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.
We honestly found nothing to complain about. The only thing to keep in mind is the high altitude, which may cause a headache for sensitive people, but of course this is not the hotel’s fault.

The staff is friendly and supportive. The Administrator, Marta, is very professional and highly dedicated to her work; she is always there to solve any customers' request or issue. The food is very delicious, the chef does his professional best.
There are some rooms close to the main road. You can ask for some quiet options if available.

Our stay at Quadrum Hotel was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our trip to Gudauri.
The hotel is incredibly cozy, stylish, and located in a prime spot with breathtaking mountain views. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. When they learned that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded our room and surprised us with a complimentary fruit platter and dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special.
The restaurant serves delicious food, and every meal we had was excellent. The atmosphere throughout the property is warm, relaxing, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the mountains.
We also appreciated the convenient parking, indoor pool, and yoga room, which added to the overall experience. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, charm, and luxury.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Quadrum Hotel for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gudauri and would happily stay here again.

They have the best restaurant in the area for sure and I am not talking about breakfast, I am talking about dinner & lunch. I even checked out from the hotel but came back from my other hotel (Molte) just to eat dinner and go
Unfortunately hotel needs heavy maintenance and renovation. We had issues in our sink and issues in the Jacuzzi also one of the wooden panels on the wall was falling. Although reception and all staff are very nice and helpful.
