About this villa rental
Nestled in Four Corners, this charming villa for $180 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. With respect to the pandemic concerns, we have stepped up our already extensive cleaning procedures. The home will be disinfected with an approved disinfectant to kill Covid 19 virus and many other viruses and bacteria. There is sufficient bedding to change all linens including blankets between each guest stay so there is no worry about any residual virus. Rest assured, your health and safety is our top concern!! The Oettli family invites you to stay in their luxurious villa on the Indian Creek Estate, Kissimmee. The property has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, featuring two master suites, its own private, enclosed pool/spa. There is a games room in the garage with a standard size pool table and air hockey table. The Indian Creek estate is one of the closest to Walt Disney World (5 minutes drive), whilst also being conveniently located for Universal Studios and Sea World (15 minutes drive) and Orlando International Airport (20 minutes drive). Summary of the villa: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms - 2 master suites with a king size bed and private bathrooms - 1 room with queen bed and its own bathroom - 2 rooms with twin beds and shared bathroom - sleeper sofa plus 2 roll away beds! All beds (frames and mattresses) were replaced in August 2017. The villa is fully fenced at the rear, ensuring privacy. - Fully air conditioned (new system installed May 2017) - Private swimming pool and jacuzzi/spa - Games room with pool table and air hockey (both new in December 2018) - Large living room with LCD HD TV. Over 500 digital TV channels, including approximately 200 High Definition (HD) channels - Spacious living room with a 3-seater sofa sleeper and two 2-seater sofas - DVD player and selection of DVDs - Xbox 360 and selection of games - Wall mounted LCD TVs in all 5 bedrooms, with digital channels. - Carpeting in all bedrooms (tiled throughout the remainder of the villa) - Free wireless broadband internet access (WiFi) - Free phone calls across the USA and Canada. - Dining area with dining room table and chairs - Kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and many other appliances - Informal dining area within the kitchen - Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer - Baby bed, highchair and 2 strollers available at no extra charge Corn hole game and books for the kids. Very spacious and very convenient to the Disney parks. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Some attention to detail needed for cleanliness of baby items and lights burnt out and batteries for remotes and televisions not working. Overall very easy and good accommodations for the price!

Linda, the owner, was very responsive when we had questions. David, the property manager, was also very quick to respond. The place is great for a family. Our party had 6 adults and one child. There was plenty of room for all of us. We kept ourselves very busy, but next time we would try to spend a little more time enjoying the private pool! The location is perfect for visiting the Disney Parks!!

This house is big with plenty of space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. It’s close to shopping and the parks.

Over all appearance and cleanliness of the property was good. We enjoyed the games, movies, and pool. Neighbor hood was nice. Only complaint was the Hot Tub didn't work. We reached out to property manager and a tech was sent over but he never got the hot tub working while we were there.

Easy from start to finish. Everything it said it was. Stayed Saturday to Friday with 5 adults and 5 kids. Pool and hot tub was well enjoyed. Will tell my friends and definitely recommend. So convenient to everything.

This is a nice spacious home and the backyard pool/hot tub are beautiful. The home is very big which was great for our big family. They had extras which was great for the babies (high chair, crib, stroller). The four bathrooms were very convenient as well. The neighbourhood is great and the park right across the street was lovely.
I did find there weren’t many towels or facecloths so if you have a big family you should pack a few to take with you. Otherwise everything else was great. Kitchen is well stocked with all necessities.
We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay!

We had a very comfortable stay. There were some lights that were out in the kitchen and the Main master bathroom but they did not hinder our stay. The grandkids loved the pool and the grownups the pool and spa. The location is great, the neighborhood is great, and the proximity to the parks, food establishments, and play ground were all super good points. Thank you for a great stay! We had a group of 7 stay here. The house was spacious, clean, and fun! It was close to Disney and local grocery stores. They have everything you need right at the house. The beds are soft at the house. 6/7 people liked the beds. The oldest in the group prefers a more firm bed but he was just fine. We had a blast! Would stay again.

Very nice place to stay and would definitely stay again. Window coverings could use updating as well as the patio door. Beds were also a little soft for me but overall great place to stay and we highly recommend!

The house was nice and the pool worked well and was clean, however:
1. The most unsatisfactory thing was the lack of cleanliness at the house; it looked as if it had not been cleaned (or cleaned properly) in a while. There were dirty tables and counters, for which I had to purchase cleaning supplies to sanitize them before I let family use them; I had to wash most of the glasses before we used them as they appeared to have been put away dirty; there were large dust clumps and clumps of hair over the floor spaces, and a significant amount of trash and food particles under every piece of furniture. Additionally, the trash bins were both over 3/4 full when we arrived Saturday (trash day was Thursday, we're lucky we didn't produce alot of trash or they would not have had room).
2. There were small ants (?) in every bathroom sink and over the kitchen and dining area surfaces.
3. Two smoke alarms started chirping 'low battery' in the middle of the night our last night there. Also, only two of the remotes had working batteries.
I addressed these with the owner at the end of our stay (we got batteries and cleaning supplies for us to use) and the smoke alarm was chirping during our last night. The owner stated there was pest control. No feedback about the lack of cleanliness. It is a nice house but as it currently stands I would not recommend it due to the lack of cleanliness (lower than that of a hotel).

We really had a great experience. The manager was great and helped us out a couple of time. The only negative we had was it looked like the carpet needed a good cleaning. Great property though!

Property is in a nice neighborhood with a park across the street that we never used because the house was so awesome. The game room pool table and air hockey was a hit with the kids. The pool and hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of a long day at the parks.

We flew into town for three reasons - see family (who also traveled in), maybe see the Artemis launch, and go to Disney. This house was well situated for all of it. Multiple areas where 8 people could gather, bed rooms and beds for all, and conveniently located to go to the places we wanted to visit. Even with our complete lack of experience going to Disney, still about 15 minutes total trip. Excellent communication with the owners and the property manager through the entire process - very nice people. Will stay in again when we go back.

Great get away
This property was exactly as advertised. The bedroom setup was great for us because we had 2 couples and 2 singles. Having 2 master bedrooms and three other bedrooms was a big reason we picked this property. The house had everything we would need and then some. Having the pool and hot tub right our the sliding glass door was amazing. Overall no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for family time
We wanted a place for the family to be together while we made Disney memories. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the space where we could spread out. There were many items provided that made our stay more pleasant than we could have asked. I had planned for this to be a once in a lifetime trip, but the house was so convenient and comfortable, I hope to make it an annual family trip. Great place / good times!

Our son was in a wedding in Orlando. We drove up from Naples and our oldest daughter and her family drove down from Hilton Head SC. It made for a great meet half way weekend. The house was perfect for our families to fit. Nice and clean with a great location. The owner was super accommodating at quick to respond.
