As expected, everything was perfect from the check-in to the check-out. Zsofi welcomed us to the lobby and helped check us in. She showed us around and gave us a tour. The room was clean and everything was decorated nicely. The garden was beautiful. We liked the soft music playing in the background in the living room/kitchen area. They had fantastic snacks and drinks available and the breakfast was overwhelming! They catered to us as vegans, so that was very thoughtful. Their presentation of the breakfast was phenomenal. I definitely would return for a second visit. I can understand how they earned their 10/10.
There isn't anything to dislike about Bagatelle because the crew puts so much effort into being cheerful, friendly, and helpful that you are never disappointed. Even if you discover something, they will try to fix it.

Pleasant, comfortable environment with nice interior design and materials, plus a quiet, ambient athmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.
Arrival after check-in is possible thanks to a code-accessible key and clear directions.
Personal preference, but the air conditioning fan could not be turned off; it could only be set to auto or a steady operational mode.

Absolutely everything. Bagatelle Gardenhouse is a truly beautiful and peaceful place, with so much attention to detail. The room was elegant, spotless and very comfortable, the garden is gorgeous, and the whole property has a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. We felt very well taken care of and only wish we could have stayed longer.
