The hotel is in a lovely quiet area of Buda (Pest is a lot busier). It is very comfortable, had everything we wanted eg lovely room, very quiet, great breakfast!! and the staff were wonderful. The hotel location was superb to explore the Castle, the Church, the Bastion etc so much to see. The 16 bus runs regularly (every 5 minutes) down to Pest side of Budapest. The transport links superb to and from airport. And being over 65 we travelled free everywhere. You must carry your passports to show when asked. We were there 5 nights and still need to go back to see the rest of Budapest and maybe more of Hungary.

Lack of facilities. No cafe/ bar and lounge area. Bar was only open late evening
