Très bien

Nous avons apprécié la terrasse, les équipements proposés par l'hôtel et l'appartement en lui même qui est très agréable et proche de la plage, et des restaurants

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré est le canapé lit qui n'est pas très confortable, la pose d'une boîte à clé serait plus pratique et l'ascenseur du bâtiment n'est pas très sécurisé...

Dobra lokalizacja, sklep blisko, morze blisko, duży taras. Czysto i przyjemnie. Jedyne co bym dodała to jakieś mini żele pod prysznic, deski do krojenia i kilka saszetek z kawą czy herbatą i cukier (taka powitalny paczka, na pierwszy dzień) :) Ale cały apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, plyn do prania, suszarka na pranie(na tarasie) suszarka do włosów, nawet farelka (podgrzewacz) na chłodniejsze dni, mimo że była działająca sprawnie klimatyzacja :) Klucze odbierane są w innym miejscu, ale nie stanowiło to dla nas problemu jo mieliśmy wypożyczone auto. Trochę ciężko znalezc miejsce do zaparkowania blisko adresu, ale to akurat problem w całej Walencji i w sumie w Hiszpanii😅.;) Byliśmy w dwie pary, ja z partnerem i moi rodzice. I z sypialni i z salonu można wyjsc na taras.

Perfect 🤩

This property had everything we needed and more! There was a dishwasher and a couple of tablets so no washing up, there was also a washing machine so we came home with clean clothes..bonus. Everything was really local, beach, tram, marina. Perfect location for us. The Calma Beach restaurant kind of below the apartment was a great place to eat and drink.

There was only one toilet roll which was ok if you’re just there for a long weekend but we had a full week booked. I had read this in the reviews and in all honesty it was less than 2€ for a park of 4 from the local shop.

Tolle Lage für Meer- und Strandliebhaber

Ángel, der uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat, war sehr aufmerksam und hat viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment ist ausgezeichnet gelegen nahe am Meer und trotzdem auch sehr gut mit der Innenstadt verbunden. Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Tür. Große Terrasse vorhanden. Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden. WLAN funktionierte ausgezeichnet.

Es ist etwas umständlich, den Schlüssel erst in der Altstadt in der Verwaltung abzuholen. Größerer Topf. Pfanne und Schüssel wären wünschenswert

need to pick up the keyes at total different location on the other side of Valencia they have no flexibility whatsoever old property despite being lightly renovated keys don't works properly

Pobyt udany - Walencja jest urokliwym miastem

Bardzo dobrze skomunikowany obiekt, położony przy samych przystankach komunikacyjnych (2 autobusowe, 2 tramwajowe i w miarę blisko do stacji metra). Apartament przestrony z wszystkimi udostępnieniami.

Dwie rzeczy wpływają na obniżoną ocenę: 1) lokalizacja sypialni - przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy i hałas w nocy jest nie do zniesienia, podobnie nad ranem już około godz. 6.00 jak budzi się miasto. Na domiar złego okna są jednoszybowe i praktycznie nie niwelują hałasu ulicznego więc należy zaopatrzyć się w zatyczki do uszu, aby spokojnie przespać noc i nie zostać obudzonym o 5 czy 6 rano. 2) odbiór kluczy - po drugiej stronie miasta jest biuro gdzie należy odebrać klucze, a apartament znajduje się blisko morza. Jest kłopotliwą rzeczą przejazd z lotniska z walizkami przez całe miasto do biura - a następnie znowu do apartamentu. W mojej ocenie należało by zamontować przy drzwiach sejf z kodem i tam umieszczać klucze.

Emplacement idéal et propre mais difficultés logistiques importantes

L’emplacement parfait La propreté et les équipements La vue de la terrasse

Clés à aller chercher à 20 min en bus de ville(en plein centre)et caution demandée à mon fils de 19 ans alors que je ne l’ai vue marqué nulle part.(1ere fois sur booking) Nous etions 2(mon fils et moi)et avons dû faire notre lit à l’arrivée (draps trouvés sous un lit coffre en vrac) Odeur de friture du matin au soir sur terrasse..dommage car magnifique,mais restaurant en dessous et aération à hauteur de terrasse

We took apartments with the terrace, so we got space for sunbathing, for dinners outside and for drying clothes. There were few tablets for dishwasher. We got great view on container terminal and for next building there some old lady created big garden on her terrace. Two air-cons in both rooms. The street is quiet. Everything was great.

Wood cutting board with different kinds of stains, as for me, for such “public” spaces wood is not the best, as I don’t know who cut what (meat? Fish? Vegetables?) and how clean it was. I would like to add Some Shelves in bathroom, in shower and near the entrance door.

Exceptional

Only thing the keys are in different location. However, it was not problem for us. Despite the apartment is little bit away from city center it was quite close to the beach which we wanted. There are good restaurant in the first floor of apartment and also some small shops as well. Totally recommended.

Big clean apartment.

Very spacious, could accommodate 4 easily. Nice sized terrace.

Needs a lick of paint to paint over all the dead mosquito stains! A kettle would be good

Superb

Great location and transportation. The appartment was light, spacious, cozy and clean.

The key pick-up is not at the appartment but 20-30 minutes away depending on the transportation. We weren't informed about that only after the payment.

A fabulous stay in an apartment that became very dear to us

We absolutely loved the apartment, it was extremely well located, you can even see the port from the balcony. the apartment was very clean (which was very important to us), the bed in the bedroom was divine to sleep in, the coach in the living room was not too bad either. It is spacious and very well lighted. I appreciate that they also provided towels, detergents for both the washing machine and the dish washer (though we didn't use them), dishes, even some spices, coffee, toilet paper, etc. We were three people and we had the best of time in the apartment, thank you so much!

We had all the amenities we needed, though something that we liked in other apartments is that you could find instructions guides on how to use some of the amenities. Maybe you could add this in the future? If you think it's needed. We needed a bit of help in our case. However, after giving them a quick call, they provided the necessary guidance. It would be much better if they would have a lock key box at the entrance of the apartment from where we could pick-up the key. Though I cannot say this was too bad either, because the lady at the reception was too nice to be upset for having to travel to a different location to pick-up the keys and they also kindly let us leave our luggage in the office until the apartment was ready. She was very helpful, so we appreciate this.

A great appartment for 2. An excellent location on the coast.

Very close to the beach and a few nice cafes. Also close the the Metro for easy journey into Valencia city. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It is only 1 bedroom, for 4 adults it would not be so convenient to set up the sofa bed, we were 2 adults so no issues. On arrival it was not so easy to find a larger supermarket a little information in the apartment would have been useful.

Disapointing

Area was nice , apartment was decent .

You have to pick up the keys from an office at 1 k from railstation , then go another 5 km to the apartment! It takes from your time to travel , and it makes you carry all your luggage to them and then to the apartment.

Absolutely perfect, no complains.

The apartment was modern, clean, beautiful, bright and with a fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microvawe...). Two air conditioning machines, perfect for hot summer days. The building and the neighbourhood were completely quiet and safe. Big windows with nice sitting areas and beautiful views. Very close to the beach (10 min walk). We were saying to each other every day how happy we are with the accomodation.

Great location near to fantastic beaches.

Nice clean apartment with lift. Two large double rooms and a good sized lounge and kitchen area. Very reasonable price.

Would have preferred an electric kettle and more than one loo roll to be provided. A teapot would also have been nice 😉

Horrible check in process; more of an AirBNB than hotel

The place itself was nice. It was spacious and the kitchen and washing machine were great.

The check-in process was horrible. We had to pick up the keys from an office that was miles away from the actual residence, and the employee that helped us was condescending. She said I looked like I “needed a drink,” when really I was exhausted because of all the back-and-forth traveling I had to do with all my luggage because of the burdensome check-in process. It would not be difficult to put a padlock on the outside gate to make this place easier to access.

Great apartment

Wonderfull place! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it is clean and cosy, close to the beach and verry connected to all city attractions by buses and trams. Nearby are restaurants, markets, pharmacy. The host is very friendly and helpful, she kept our luggages in her office until the apartment was ready (we arrived very early). I reccomend this apartment, we will stay again if we will return to Valencia.

We enjoyed everything.

Nice, clean apartments in a great location!

The location is great! Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice shower with hot water/good pressure. A very lovely property manager who gave us an abundance of tips too. The property really suited our needs. Recommend for a short/long stay for singles/couples. Also the sofa bed is a nice addition :)
