Great location!
Not a lot of kitchen stuff for cooking.
There were a lot of Amazon boxes in the entryway!!!

Great location to Wrigley ball park .
Narrow,stairway without railing and grounds were not well kept. Couldn’t get the TV to work either.

The Apt was nice and clean, not too noisy because of train passing by. We slept very good 😊
Perhaps he should get a no parking 🅿️ sign in front of the building 🏫 because people park anywhere on that street. We almost didn't get a parking space. We parked close to the 🛑 sign on the other side of the street. People don't think about if they are parking in front of others homes, they wanna shop.

Parking space is valued much in big cities like Chicago. We booked this accommodation because of the parking pass we can use for street parking. Even the main street needs a parking permit. We got there and there was NONE in the "locked box" inside by the hallway. The alternative given was to check the mailbox at the front door. I sorted through the dirty wet mail (Chicago just had a thunderstorm) and there was NONE. Then the next alternative given was to park in the back of the building under the L train track. There were broken glasses on the ground and garbage cans, so No. We ended up booking a SpotHero space nearby which was a little challenging to locate because it's late at night, and we have to locate the garage through an alley.
We told them we were arriving late (around 10:30 pm). One would think that's plenty of time to have the parking pass available already. This extra detail and thoughtfulness come a long way with guests. It was a very stressful experience looking for the magical parking pass and looking for the SpotHero space. We were tired and frustrated already due to our delayed flight, late night and the stress of the lack of parking aggravated our situation. My suggestion to the owner is to put the parking pass inside a sealed envelope with the guest name on it inside the locked box or better yet inside the designated apartment. This is a very easy solution.
If people are sensitive to noise of the train, this place is not for you. The tiles in the shower could use an update.
We appreciate the curtains on the windows to block out light though.
