Fantastic location in the historical area of Turin. Close to public transport. apartment had everything needed (except a kettle!).
The checkin process is in another hotel 15 minute walk from the apartment. This was a surprise and was only informed a few days before travel. Probably not a problem for group travel if one of the group could stay at the train station with luggage while another check-in. Read reviews before booking.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war super speditiv und nett.
Am besten: die exzellente Klimaanlage und die Ruhe, obwohl mtten in der Stadt. Auch war es sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Fällt mir nichts ein. Ausser vielleicht, dass die Einrichtung sehr unstylisch/altbacken ist, aber in gutem Zustand. Geht nur um die Optik

The location is well located, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable
The staff..
The main problem was the payment process. What the hotel calls a “pre-authorization” is not a real pre-authorization: they actually charge €200 upfront. When you arrive, they do not deduct it from your stay, and instead tell you that the refund may take 15 days to 3 weeks. This is not a normal or acceptable hotel procedure.
I also asked for a simple invoice/proof of payment, and despite being told I would receive it, I had to insist several times. They finally sent it after I had already left, and honestly, if I had not put pressure on them, I’m not sure I would have ever received it.
Overall, the administrative handling was misleading, extremely slow, and very frustrating.
