Just 2 blocks to the shops and restaurants of downtown Aspen, 2 blocks to the skier shuttles that can whisk you over to Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk or Snowmass, across the street from the Aspen Ice Garden and just 1 block to Paepke Park, this is the perfect spot year round for any traveler. Download the Downtowner app and take a quick ride over to the Aspen Mountain gondola for some skiing/riding. In the summer months you can walk, ride, or run just 1/2 block to pedestrian-bike pathway on Hopkins Street. The Cottonwoods is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood but yet is so convenient! You will enjoy quiet afternoons after skiing relaxing in front of the gas fireplace catching up on the day's adventures. On warm Colorado afternoons you can relax on the the patio in the sunshine. Having a full kitchen makes it very convenient to enjoy meals together at home or stroll just two blocks and enjoy one of our favorite restaurants, White House Tavern. There is a small first come, first serve parking lot and we can provide a complimentary on-street parking permit for one car. Although a car is not needed once you arrive at this very convenient location please let us know in advance if you will require parking permits. ***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort*** Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. I've stayed at many condos and homes in the Aspen/Snowmass area, but this one had nearly all of the boxes checked. It was reasonable in price, clean, easy to book, great location, close to the bus stops (believe me, it's super easy and super close) and everything worked the way it was supposed to. I suppose the only issue may have been the parking, but really, there was plenty of street parking any day of the week; not always spaces in the back. The bedrooms were on the small side, but enough. The amount of hot water, heat, fully functioning appliances were all perfect. Big kitchen, nice appliances, comfortable beds and furniture and easy access via the door code. The staff at iTrip were always friendly and accommodating and easily reachable. No view with this place, but it was quiet. I get my views with skiing. That condo app was the bomb!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Cottonwoods for our skiing vacation. The unit was quiet, and very well stocked including coffee packets, extra towels and laundry pods. It was walking distance to the bus stops, restaurants and stores. iTrip was very responsive to my questions.

The condo was great with each bedroom having its' own bathroom. The living spaces (living room, dining area and kitchen) were all nice and cozy. The location was perfect: close enough to simply walk to the downtown area, and far enough away from the busy street noise. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We have stayed at this condo twice now - for us it is a great location as you can walk to Ajax and all of the restaurants/shops in downtown Aspen, but easily drive to the other mountains or take the town bus. the condo itself is a nice size for a family or group; the kitchen is well appointed and we appreciated that the wifi actually works well if you need to do some work while there. Love that it has three bathrooms so each person/couple gets their own bathroom.

Stayed at Cottonwoods 1-D in late March. Perfect for 6 adults. Spacious. Great kitchen amenities. Well stocked bathroom items. Pics were very accurate. Beds were good. Short 5 min walk to bus stops for all mountains and just a couple blocks to restaurants and shops. Excellent, responsive communication from the mgmt company throughout our stay. Would def stay here again.

This condo is conveniently located in heart of Aspen. It’s walking distance to Silver Queen Gondola. This is the justification for its price and ski week. The property is clean. The property can have a more floor space with less furniture so people can sit spread out without being squeezed in. The pantry had 1 stove glove, and 1 spice (steak spice which I don’t even know where the bbq grill was). I did leave our spices we bought along with the aluminum foil at the condo for the next guest. The laundry machines could use an upgrade bc it took a few cycles to dry our clothes. The washer was noisy but we were warned it still works fine, which it did its job. The coffee maker, thread count sheets, and bed pillows need to be upgraded bc it looked like one you can find at a low grade inn or hotel. Overall, we can overlook these minute things that makes a 5 star rating (we’ve been spoiled by other VRBO amenities) bc we had awesome snow in skiing.

From the apartment layout to each and every appointment including the quality of the decor, artwork, appliances and furnishings was 1st class.
It was truly an excellent all around experience. Absolutely loved the unit and most especially the administrative staff and excellent, and I mean excellent housekeeping professionals.
Hope to someday make the long trip to Aspen from Kauai again someday, but if not, the Cottonwoods have presented a lifelong memory.

From the beginning our stay was superior. Management reached out to us right away to make sure we had everything we needed. There were fresh flowers, samples of essential items that we would need right away and Everything was in working order.

The property was wonderful and exactly the way it looked and was described online. Each bedroom was very comfortable for all of us and it was so nice to have the well appointed kitchen and comfortable living and dining area to enjoy as well! The location is ideal as well! We had a car and it was very convenient for us to be provided a parking pass to park behind the property. The management company also registered our car with the town so we could also park on the street in front of the property. We highly recommend this wonderful property and management company! We hope to be back and will definitely want to book this beautiful condominium again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The building is a bit dated on the outside although the inside of our unit was updated, clean and well-appointed. Amazing, walkable location. Deducted one star due to ongoing noise due to workers outside our windows throughout the stay. Also, we were approved for a late check out however this was not communicated to the cleaning team.

The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own full bath. A bit out of practice with travel post-pandemic, I definitely brought far too many clothes for the trip; thankfully, Cottonwoods has plenty of closet space, enough closet space to accommodate those ofnus prone to overpacking. :)
We highly recommend 1-D Cottonwoods and look forward to staying there again sometime soon.

Great place and location
This was our first time in Aspen. We loved being able to walk in to town and to the mountain. The unit was very clean, updated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely rent it again!

The location of this condo was perfect. Easy walking distance to trails, and downtown. The condo was well appointed, clean and very cozy. We had a wonderful week in Aspen during the shoulder season. We look forward to going back again soon.
