La signora Paula la host che vive sopra l'alloggio è molto accogliente e simpatica a lei va 10. L'appartamento è una stanza che affaccia direttamente sulla strada con però tutto il necessario (lavatrice, macchina del caffè, pentole). La zona è facile da raggiungere e si può parcheggiare gratuitamente sulla strada a pochi metri vicino al parco pubblico. La spiaggia è a pochi passi.
La casa è abbastanza buia perchè ha solo la porta e la finestra che affacciano sulla strada. Il bagno è cieco e ovviamente c'è il ritorno dello scarico
