Nestled in Topsail Beach, this charming house for $408 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Seas The Day by planning your next Topsail Vacation at this adorable beach home! This renovated 5-bedroom 2-bathroom duplex property may sit on the second row but you can enjoy easy access to the beach with a crossover directly across the street in front of the property. Bring the whole family, and your furry friend to enjoy a peaceful week at the beach. With its coastal decor and convenient location, your family will want to Seas the Day and stay at this property for years to come! This property offers 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 2 Twin beds to accommodate up to 10 people. Linens are not provided but can be rented along with your reservation. ➤This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 4 pets per reservation. (100lb limit) ➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property. ➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service! A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week. Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds) See our Available Rental Items page for a complete list of rentable items to add to your reservation! ➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season. ➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees. ➤This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Nice place to stay with your fur babies.
Overall this was nice place to stay -great location-just across the street from beach access. There were a few things that needed to be updated (both sets of doors needed to be replaced badly). There is no dishwasher if that is something that you looking to have in your rental.

The property for proximity to the beach was perfect. The smell of chemical coming from the downstairs property and into the garage was very strong and unpleasant.

Enjoyed our pet friendly vacation
The house was as described but a little small for 6 people. Perfect for dogs and in a great location. It worked out well for our dogs. Thanks for the many Chanel’s on the TVs as we had some bad weather and needed some indoor time.
