Nestled in Topsail Beach, this attractive house for $250 per night is a great option for your next trip. You have reached your Relax-Station! This traditional beach cottage gives you that perfect home away from home feel with a light and bright interior with soothing shades and welcoming decor and furnishings. Enjoy this home's set back from the street location right on the front dune complete with a beautiful oceanside covered porch and expansive sundeck on the front dune! Upstairs on the main level, this home features the living and dining area front and center flanked by the ocean-facing master bedroom with an en suite master bath, a second bedroom on the south side along with a third bedroom also ocean-facing, a shared hall bath, and kitchen with eat-at bar on the north side. Downstairs, 2 additional bedrooms share a bath while garage parking and storage is also provided! The home's location is just a couple blocks north of quaint downtown Topsail Beach offering a town park, oceanfront pier, restaurants, and shops for our enjoyment. All we can say is, Get Ready, Set, Relax!

We had a wonderful stay at Relaxation Station! Our 16 yo daughter said this was the best beach trip yet. Such a wonderful deck with a great view of the beach and waves. The house was wonderful, very clean and tastefully decorated. We’re already looking forward to another visit!

Our family fell in love with this beautiful beach front cozy home. Every thing is here to make your vacation easy and enjoyable. The view and sunrises are amazing. Sitting on the porch or the deck every morning with coffee and relaxing every evening was so relaxing and just what the family needed. We had everything in the kitchen we needed to make every thing we wanted from pancakes and muffins for breakfast and crockpot and big pots and pans for great family dinners and low country boils. A gas grill is available to cook out those burgers and steaks This place has everything you need to enjoy the beach including beach chairs and boogie boards and beach toys and fishing poles. We had a ball sitting on the beach by day and fishing in the evening. The hosts, Doc and Beth are the best host I have every had the pleasure of meeting and corresponding with. They were so helpful and informative and gracious. Great location on the island. One of best vacations on Topsail. Thank you Beth and Doc for everything!

I wish I could give this 10 stars! This was our first ever VRBO and we were not disappointed. The host made us feel like family, the home had everything we needed and Topsail Island is always wonderful. Just a few of our favorite things: outside shower, large deck, ocean front, kitchen had everything we needed, very clean and well maintained, bikes, oh and the really cool kite! So just go, what are you waiting for?

This beach cottage is a beloved, well-tended, and trim family home. The owners are responsive, engaged, and helpful. The cottage has an ‘infinity’ deck looking out to the ocean, an outdoor shower (indoor too), well-stocked kitchen, and toys and books for small children. The two cozy spillover bedrooms on the ground floor are entered through the garage. This lovely beach cottage is clean and well-maintained, and deserves respect and care.

Let me tell you: 5 stars don't do justice to the cottage and the hosts. I'd give them a solid 10 if I could. Well, I guess I just did. From the cleanliness to the gracious amount of toys/games to occupy the kids, the well maintained bicycles..... the list just keeps going. It's an absolutely perfect family getaway.

Doc and Beth have thought of everything to help make your vacation as relaxing as possible. Most everything you could need for a beach vacation has been provided. The deck overlooking the beach provides a truly unique experience and the views were amazing both day and night. The beach is wide open and not crowded at all. We are grateful to Doc and Beth for generously sharing their little slice of heaven with us.

This is an awesome property that is taken care of. It was so nice and clean when we arrived. The property was top notch, and had everything you needed. Plenty of parking and easy access to the ocean. The only negatives, I would say are the smallness of the kitchen and the main living space. We really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the homeowners was excellent!

We could not hoped for a CLEANER, COZIER, and BETTER LOCATED beach cottage! It was super clean and Beth and Doc are truly super hosts - they even prepared a guest folder with all the information you may need including menus from all the local restaurants! The cottage is well stocked with everything you may need and very tastefully decorated with a coastal touch. The deck is gorgeous and we already miss dining on it - in fact, we only ate a few times out, because no other place can beat the amazing view from the deck! The outdoor shower is such a wonderful addition for a beach house. The beach access is great and the beach itself was never crowded. If you have small children, the kids library has a great collection of children classics and our daughters enjoyed it a lot! All in all, so happy to have found this gem and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, wonderful sunrises, and great fishing! We had a wonderful relaxing spring break and Beth did a great job giving us all the info we needed for our trip.
