Location was good, but travellers should be aware it is further from the tram stop than it may appear.
Availability of a washing machine free of charge was great.
Wifi was good
The top floor terrace has no furniture on it to make it comfortable.

Location is hidden but after a while you can find your way to main areas.
Staff try to help and they change during the day, but they don't understand English.
The cleaner was very good and efficient.
There were no windows overlooking outside.
The water cut off for more than 12 hours. Despite itsn't the fault of the Hotel, the staff could have helped by getting some water to wash hands or bought some bottles for the period of the cut off. They didn't show any care about no water in a Hotel.
