The staff was very nice, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was extraordinary (very close to all the sights).
The in-room minibar was missing.

Great location. Near Grand Bazaar and walking distance to Sultanahmet.
Clean room and comfy bed. The hotel has just been renovated. Breakfast has a great food selection. Can't get over how good the food was.
The receptionist was very helpful. They took care of our airport shuttle and they booked our tours. We recommend this hotel and we plan to stay again at Eliza Hotel.
The only problem is that since it is near Grand Bazaar, it is a busy area. This is not a problem since it gets quiet in the evening.

Room was very clean and fresh towels, and bottled water every day, fridge, kettle and safe were appreciated
The hotel was in a good location for grand bazaar and access to city via tram.
Cleaning staff were very pleasant, did an excellent job
Front of house staff were often distracted on internet and it was hard work getting any sort of pleasant communication
Reception area was very untidy, and not at all like the website images.
Internet was non existent in room and we had to go and sit on stairwell near to front lobby to keep in touch with family in UK.
We hadn't appreciated that the hotel was on Shoe Street, with any wholesalers taking large deliveries from the early hours,with the noise of metal shutters up and down, and into the night refuse waggons taking away mountains of cardboard boxes and general tidying of the street.
It has been the only hotel ever where we had to buy ear plugs to help us get some sleep through the night.
Breakfast staff were grumpy, generally lacking in front of house pleasantries.
