The location of the hotel is great, in a close proximity to all the central historical places. It has a lot of restaurants around as well.
The breakfast is amazing and well served. And the reception staff is outstanding and very helpful.
It’s visibly old, although the rooms are clean. And the street is quite noisy at night, the window don’t cover it too well. If you are a light sleeper, it’s not a good choice for you.

Buffet breakfast was okay, we could have possibly found a better, hot breakfast outside.
One room was advertised as being suitable for three people but fitting three single beds was not possible. We asked to switch rooms as it was too dark with not enough lighting, but there wasn't any other room that was large enough.

the cleanliness when entering the rooms is quite good, the location is close to Kapali Carsi, the breakfast is good, the staff in the kitchen are nice and pleasant.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were transferred to another facility across the street, which is not part of the hotel nor is it similar to the hotel itself. The rooms in that facility are satisfactory, clean. Considering that it is a different building, we used a different entrance, the door was closed (we only got one key for 8 people), the lock on the door of the room did not work, so we could not lock the room at all. The reception staff was not very pleasant, uninterested in customers, we waited in the lobby for two hours beyond the agreed time to enter the rooms, although he was close the whole time, the receptionist didn't even remember to say that the rooms were ready until we asked a couple of times.
