Judy, the host was very helpful. I was due to arrive at 11:00pm which is outside of their check in times. She did everything possible to accommodate my late arrive, I was so thankful she did as I was delayed by nearly 2 hours due to A1 roadworks (thanks National Highways).
The rooms are really very nice, the photos on booking aren’t very flattering at all.
Parking bays are a little tight, but manageable

The hosts are lovely and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Tea making facilities were restocked every day and my mug (bought from home) was also washed each day. Breakfast in the morning was scrumptious and kept me going all day. This is the second time I have stayed here and I would highly recommend staying here.

There was a lovely welcome and we were shown to our room. At the first view it seemed compact, but as my husband and I settled in, got the window open and the fan going (it's been a hot summer) it started to feel better.
This is a lovely village, with a nice, welcoming pub, which serves food most evenings, and a great location to visit the surrounding area.
The room was clean, the bathroom well provisioned and the beds were so comfortable, tea and coffee is provided. There is good parking near to the house.
This was a little hard to find, Google Maps sent us to the building next door, but we parked up in the local pub and figured it out.
The bottle in the shower was unmarked, I assumed it was a shampoo/shower gel, husband had no issue with is and I brought my own.
There are no shops in the village, so if you have no transport, the nearest convenience store is (we think) about 4 miles away.
