Nähe zu Bilbao und am Jakobsweg. Der Ort selbst ist nicht so attraktiv
Der digitale checkin ist (bei fast allen Unterkünften, die dies bei Booking.com 'anbieten') extrem nervig. Problematisch unter Datenschutzbedingungen ist wg. möglichem Missbrauch die leider oft geforderte Kopie bzw. Fotos vom Personalausweis, entweder über eine exta-App, oder gar per WhatsApp oder E-Mail, wovor sogar Booking.com selbst warnt. Bei dieser Buchung wurde mein Vorschlag akzeptiert, dass ich die Daten angebe, den Ausweis auf Wunsch aber nur vor Ort herzeige.
Es hat praktisch keine Abkagemöglichkeiten. Koffer oder Rucksack muss man auf den Boden oder aufs Bett legen. Schrank mit Bügeln ist aber vorhanden.
Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Waschbecken, Bidet und Badewanne ohne Stöpsel!
Man sollte m. E. dazusagen, dass das Hotel genau unter der Flugschneise des Flughafens von Bilbao liegt

It was near the metro station so could get into the centre of Bilbao for 4 euros each return.
Easy drive to car rental returns and airport.
No Aircon just a single fan.
Directions to the carpark could have been better. It was not obvious how to get to the carpark.
No lift, so if you have heavy bags its a pain.
