It is conveniently located n the heart of Madrid and the rooms look very nice and are comfortable

It was in an excellent location, the staff were nice and very helpful and it was very clean
The room was very cramped, we didn’t even have space for our luggage , the bathroom was tiny too and it really felt claustrophobic
