Great location. Staff friendly and helpful and the extra common area helped make up for the smaller size room.. clean and cozy stay. Very quiet. Overall comfortable stay!
It would be good to provide hair conditioner. Room slightly smaller than expected but the common area helped make up for it. Would be great if they could provide coffee machine they only had tea bags.

We booked the small room which was small for two, but more than comfortable for the one night stay over in Madrid. Staff is very friendly, communicated extremely well before, during and after our stay. Thd location was easy to find and get to with the metro and from it you can explore Madrid. Happily recommend!

The location was amazing - easy walking distance to the Prado and botanical gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I admit that I was a little concerned when we first arrived and opened the building's front door to a long, dark hallway that smelled strongly of disinfectant. The guesthouse was actually on the third floor (in U.S. terms) of the building, up two flights of steep, dark-ish stairs. The guesthouse itself was a bright, inviting and clean space with vending machines for water and coffee. The breakfast location was not in the guesthouse itself but around the corner at a small restaurant.
