The location is perfect for any kind of trip (work or leisure). staff were kind, rooms clean and comfortable.

It was very well positioned in Las Letras neighborhood, very central. Easy to explore Madrid from there. Staff was very polite and helpful. Nicely decorated.
Could have used a mini fridge, due to the very central location at night there were a lot of partying people on the streets.

It is at a great location and the room was pretty clean. The receptionist was friendly.
It is noisy in the morning, you can hear other guests talking.
I had to carry my carry on up a couple of stairs to get to the elevator, so be mindful of this if you have heavy or big luggage.
Also, they charge 1 Euro if you want to leave your luggage for any amount of hours. They only accept the 1 Euro in cash, since “it’s something they don’t officially charge for”.
