One of the best hotel stays I've had!

Everything was awesome! Staff is super friendly. Rooms are exceptionally nice. Everything is very clean. Breakfast was great. Would most definitely stay here again.

Comfortable room

The room size was larger than I expected, the pool provided plenty of activity for kids. Included with the room was outdoor grills. Nice location and relative quiet. Will differently stay again. 24hr coffee bar.

Add cream of beef to breakfast.

Pleasant hotel was very comfortable.

Room very comfortable and spacious. Keith at the front desk very nice!

Breakfast was cold and limited. No fresh fruit.

So fun!

Very very warm and welcoming

Should have a pet disposer on both sides of the property. Love that you’re pet friendly and was very good about picking up after my own pet but I did notice a lot of other pet waste just left behind by inconsiderate guests.

Unfortunately, due to airline problems, our reservation started with one Saturday night but ended with three separate reservations which included the Friday before and Sunday after. I was assured that the three would be connected so we would not have to change rooms. However each morning we were automatically checked out so problem with our keys not working every day. August 18, 19 and 20. Not much fun!

Glad we only stayed one night and will probably not choose this hotel chain ever again.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good.

The heating/cooling system is awful. You can't put the temp below 68°F and the fan only blows on low, so no one in our party (3 rooms of people) was comfortable because it was too warm in the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and because it is on a route that we take every year, somet

Delicious breakfast. A big variety and something for everyone. The area was kept clean and the food was presented nicely.

The pool towels were the size of tiny hand towels. We have two skinny little boys and the towels weren’t even long enough to wrap around their waist. My husband and I are over 6 feet tall and we were laughing because it was like having a hand towel to dry off with. Normally we wrap their pool towels around them to keep them warm while we go back to our hotel room, but these were so tiny and thin that we couldn’t even do that. I would recommend that the towels for the swimming pool area be upgraded so that they are as wonderful as the rest of the facility!
