My son and I were traveling from Toronto Ontario and wanted a hotel that met all of our needs which this hotel was more than able to accommodate.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. It is also quiet despite being close to highway. Breakfast is also ok, I suppose if you stay more than 2 nights, the breakfast probably could use a bit variety. But it is good for us since we stayed 2 nights. Location feels very safe and convenient. Staff is nice. Room is a great size also.
There is some noise from floor above, I suppose that maybe hard to avoid unless you are on top floor.

Another coffee machine would have been nice sometimes a crowd waiting 10 minutes just for a cup of Java

Quiet room, decent breakfast, decent location, bed comfortable
Showing it’s age, wallpaper curling, window shade broken, not normal expectation for holiday inn express
