The mid-century style abounds with peaked ceilings, large views, and wide open spaces. Three Bedrooms offer deluxe Queen beds and one Bedroom has two twin beds. The focal point is the fully enclosed lanai, complete with a lounge, private hot tub, outdoor heater, and 180 degree ocean views.

Amazing location and views, nice layout for everyone to spread out. The protected outdoor space looking out over the ocean is fabulous, and plenty of space in front of the house to lounge in the courtyard. Lots of room overall for our family. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, a fantastic property. Extremely pricey, don't know whether the price was particularly high for UCSF graduation, which is why we were in town. Given other alternatives this particular weekend, it was worth it for our family.

what a great place to relax and enjoy the coast. the view is fantastic. For our family make-up, the two "wings" of the house was very beneficial. our son with his wife and two children under 3 were able to have one "wing" while the rest of us enjoyed the other.The house was exceptionally clean - which was huge for my wife. The grounds provided ample areas for outdoor relaxing with the BBQ.We also enjoyed the secret trail down the beach - just one house over from this one.

Surfers Paradise was the perfect place for our group to stay while visiting Santa Barbara. The view of the ocean was amazing and the property was comfortable and well maintained.

Wonderful spot in Santa Barbara with breathtaking views and a central location for all sorts of restaurants and attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and the property was immaculate.
