The condo was clean and conveniently located. The team I contacted for help responded quickly. Huge tear in couch in living room. There was a TV but not even the most basic TV service provided. The mattresses in the second bedroom were so thin and flimsy that they would only be adequate for very young children. The Kitchen and deck were very nice.

The property did not list A/C but had portable air units which was a life saver. it was hot in Flagstaff that week.

Cozy well-appointed condo. Nice patio area on the edge of a fairway. Luxuriously large king size bed. Tub area converted to fairly spacious walk-in shower in master bedroom. The home had two very large newer TV's and when we couldn't figure out how to use them the hosts responded with a visit to help. Alas, they couldn't figure them out either. I have a real pet peeve about hosts who don't provide at least simple basic local TV programming in their basic nightly rate, or EASY access to it. This is a 5-star unit if TV had been provided, although I admit to NOT missing the ever-dismal daily news. Otherwise it's a nice quiet location with easy access to all Flagstaff destinations.

Very clean,, newer style townhome. End unit offered great views from the lower patio. Only down side was second room was twin beds - not the ideal fit for adult couples. Up side was each bedroom had their own bathroom. Well stocked amenities, overall our most comfortable stay. Check was delayed on miscommunication- I was anticipating checking in coming from VRBO when I needed to search Evolve that was in my junk mailbox Once located check on was successful.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect size for our family, 2 adults and our college age kids. Quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Bathrooms and bedrooms were great, especially the master bed! We had snow during our visit and we especially enjoyed the electric fireplace in the evenings while we streamed Netflix. If we are in the Flagstaff area again we will definitely stay here, highly recommend.

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. TV was confusing to navigate though I was eventually able to sign in with my Amazon Prime account. Upstairs bedrooms were cool but there were adequate blankets to keep us warm. Thank you!

I so enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and cozy. The furniture was outdated and the cookware could have been better but overall this is a great place. I enjoyed watching the elk in the back and I even enjoyed the snow! Would definitely stay here again
