Reception in groundfloor same building from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Autonomous access with key collection in the same building. Waiting room with free lockers to store luggage. Free minibar and common bathrooms. Relax at the Rooftop terrace. Non-smoking apartments. Smoke detectors in all the building. Ashtrays are available on the balcony. Lift. Bed linen, towels, hair dryer. Air conditioning/heating/ceiling fans. Ionization air purification equipment. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron. Fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, stovetop, oven, kitchenware. Osmosis water treatment apparatus. Dishwasher: available in 3-Bedroom and 4-Bedroom apartments. Sound proof double glazed windows. Laptop safe. For babies: cot, high chair and pram on request. For adults: extra single bed on request. Bicycle parking. The total amount of your reservation includes VAT tax, final cleaning and intermediate cleaning for stays of more than 5 nights. The tax on stays in tourist establishments not included in the price. The rate is 4,40 € (5,50€ from April 1st, 2023) per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 17 excluded. Our top priority: the safety and well being of our guests and staff! Our cleaning procedures comply with the new guidelines of local and international health authorities. Maintenance and cleaning service available if needed. Apartments are SMOKE FREE. Fire detector alarm is installed in all the rooms of the building. Smoking is allowed in balcony and roof top terrace. LOCK the apartment doors when you are OUT. Our building is equipped with video surveillance and alarm devices located in common areas and in the access doors of each apartment. Some apartments have alarm connected to police operative only when apartment is not rented. Your privacy is guaranteed. It is mandatory to comply with the COVID-19 preventive measures in common areas. These measures will be duly published on the bulletin board of the building entrance hall. RESPECT the REST of the other guests and neighbors. PARTIES AND LOUD NOISE ARE NOT ALLOWED at any time. Be quiet when passing through the staircase and common areas. We have a reception for check ins, 24 hours assistance phone and night guard available in case of noise complaint. Please contact us if another guest does not respect your rest. In case of annoying behavior for the rest of the guests, the managers of the apartments have the right to ask them to leave the apartment without the right to any type of compensation and the loss of the deposit. I was very happy with this choice. There were 9 of us here and we all fit just fine. Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. We plan to return the next time we are in Barcelona.

Owner war there to greet us with plenty of information about the apartment and city. The unit was clean and spacious, well placed, just as advertised, great for a family trip. I highly recommend this place!
