Sundestin Beach Resort 1217 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' The warm décor of this unit is pleasing to the eye as well as the senses. Located on the twelfth floor, this contemporary condo offers coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Harborwalk area. Only the coastline views at Sundestin offer beach views from both the bedroom and living areas. Sleeping accommodations are one King size bed in the bedroom, as well as two full-size sofa sleepers in the living area, giving the unit room to sleep 6 people in total. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove top oven, microwave, and dishwasher. To make meal preparation simple, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, basic cookware, and dinnerware are all provided. Meals can be enjoyed in relaxing comfort at your own dining room table or out on the balcony soaking in the wonderful sunsets. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The room has a great layout and very spacious. I was surprised that the pictures are accurate. The only small things that could be improved on in the room was the stains on the pullout couch and the hard and uncomfortable mattress on the bed. I loved the balcony it was perfect. The only other thing that could be improved upon I noticed when checking out. The waiting area for the elevators has no A/C and gets extremely hot when just standing there waiting for an elevator. All around I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay at this resort again.

The unit was not equipped with needed linens. The linens on the sofa bed were filthy. The unit was nasty and in need of repair throughout. The experience with Vacasa was horrible. Out of a 1 - 5 rating I give it a 1, and that’s being kind!

Sundestin beach resort is a clean, decent facility, Great beach, wonderful pool area and an ok restaurant. But Unit 1217 was a disappointment. VERY outdated, dirty, uncomfortable furniture, old appliances. Very uncomfortable bed. No usuabke safe or laundry room in room. An:d we questioned the safety of the unit as it looked like the door frAme may have been kicked in. Very Disappointes!

This was our first time in Destin. We loved the location of the hotel, The hotel was nice and convenient to everything. The pool area and splash pad were great. Access to the beach was great. We love the small restaurant on site. The only thing that could have been better about the hotel was the room needs updating. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved that there was plenty of towels and kitchen supplies because I prefer my cooking than most restaurants. Everything worked great Just wished there was 1 more paper towel lol And extra blanket( too thin)

My family and I had an amazing time here. It is right on the beach and everyone we came in contact with was super helpful. I would recommend that you make sure to bring any condiments you may need when staying here. There is the Sea Shop in the lobby that will have anything you may have forgotten. Overall, we loved it here 😊

The chords to watch the TV in the master were all disconnected and we couldn't even get them to reach the tv to watch cable. The furniture is all covered in stains. The paint/ furniture was all very outdated. The pictures make the room look way better than it actually is.

Easy to find and book a condo thru vacasa. Regular communication before during after visit. Friendly staff at sundestin (Candy). Convenient and fair prices at resort store. Efficient elevators. We left a bag of clothes and they found them and shipping back!!!

The condo was much smaller than we expected, due to the mirrored wall. It looks much bigger in the photos. It also needs quite a bit f updating. Not a terrible experience, but not the beat. The resort itself is great!
