I stayed in the studio and it had everything I needed for four days - would be good for a longer stay too. The bed is super comfy, shower was lovely. The kitchenette was functional, even had a little dishwasher which was very cute.
I didn't use the common area but it had a lovely outdoor area.
Not a huge deal - but as I am very short, I wasn't able to reach any of the plates/pots/pans above the oven. I've stayed in other apartments where they leave a little step stool with the cleaning supplies. Reception did offer me a more construction type stool but I was able to ask a friend to take down some bits.

Great location. 8 mins walk to U-bahn then 10 mins to city centre. Or 30 mins walk if you prefer. Jewish museum & Topology of Terror 10 mins walk. Cooking facilities ok but a bit cramped.
Bed not very comfy. Only one (lumpy) pillow each. Had ground floor apartment which sounds good but grass out back of property very overgrown and rats running across the patio.

The location was the best part of our stay. It was very convenient for getting into Berlin city centre, with easy access to both buses and the underground. The public transport connections made it very easy to get around the city.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay.
Before arriving, I contacted the property in advance to let them know that we would be checking in very late. They kindly contacted us on the day of arrival and provided the access code and instructions for collecting the key.
However, when we arrived around midnight, the key we were given did not open the apartment. It seemed that the key had not been properly configured or tested before being provided to us. We had to wait outside the building for around 30 minutes while contacting the property and sending videos showing that the key was not working.
Fortunately, they responded and provided us with another apartment, which resolved the issue.
We also noticed a few very small insects around the kitchen and bathroom areas. They were tiny, but still visible, and it was unpleasant to see them inside the apartment.
Overall, the location was convenient, but the check-in issue and the insects were disappointing.
